任职要求responsibilities:
1.understand the client’s brief as well as their requirement
理解客户简报的设计要求；

requirements:
design/technical
1.熟练运用indesign，ps，illustrator等设计软件；
excellent skills with indesign， photoshop， illustrator；
2.能够对平面设计、排版布局、色彩搭配、视觉作品及中英文字体类型有良好的审美感；
you have a good understanding of graphic design， layouts， color combinations， visual compositions as well as font/type treatments both in chinese and english
3.熟悉微信后台运营；
experience with wechat backend；
4.熟悉h5/css代码，影视短片编辑，动画等技巧优先考虑；
html/css - video editing - motion graphics skills a plus；
5.能够维护企业视觉形象。

language/experience
1.有2年以上在广告、微信运营设计等领域的设计经验；
2+ years'work experience in advertising， digital marketing or related field as a designer；
2.能够对中英文的文案内容处理自如；
native chinese ability and/or ability to work with chinese and english text；
3.掌握日常的商务英语能力(尤其应用书面英语进行文本排版)；
strong ability in daily business english (fluency is not required， but you must be able to understand written english， especially when it comes to text layout)；
