摘要
伴随着中国成为世界制造业中心，近几十年来中国的航空物流产业发展迅速。而自08年以来，沿海城市生产成本的上升使得产业西进，重庆成为了承接产业转移的最大赢家，重庆的航空物流也开始从无到有并走上中西部领先地位。然而8年以后，西部地区的成本也逐渐升高，产业出现了外流的风险，重庆的航空物流也受到了巨大威胁。
然而，在这八年中，重庆的航空物流体系优化尚未完成，本地企业参与市场竞争的能力尚未培养出来，亟需下个八年的历练。而在此时，新的机遇再一次降临重庆，高端产业的引进、中新合作项目的落地、市政府的重视都让重庆的航空物流有了新的发展契机。机会到了眼前，两个一百的目标任务也已下达，但我们仍然有许多问题没有解决。
本文首先从航空物流的内涵、经营方式、组织方式、特点等方面阐述了航空物流的主要理论。然后以新加坡樟宜机场、上海浦东机场两个在货运方面极其成功的机场分析一个成功机场所必备的一些要素。再通过分析重庆本地航空物流的发展现状以及SWOT分析方法对重庆航空物流进行剖析，分现重庆航空物流在与自身对比的优势与不足，并发现完成两个一百目标、打造航空物流枢纽任务的主要挑战。
在文章的第五章，则是通过重庆、成都、郑州这三个发展水平比较相近的城市中的硬件、软件、关务、产业、政策、替代分析等探讨重庆在横向对比上的优势和不足。文章的最后则是综合以上对比情况提出了打造枢纽，完成目标所应着力的方向，即：提高战略定位、创新管理体制、加强关务支持、出台鼓励政策、引入基地公司、引入快递巨头并处理好与铁路的竞争关系等。
