第一篇：英语专业调查报告
摘要：以常州刘国钧高等职业技术学校为例，对五年制高职校商务英语专业毕业生的就业情况进行了调查。从常州刘国钧高等职业技术学校商务英语专业近两年毕业生的就业现状入手，分析和研究其存在的问题，并提出了相应的对策。
关键词：五年制高职校；商务英语专业；就业情况
一、问题的提出
自加入WTO以来，为了适应全球经济一体化对商务英语人才的需求，江苏很多五年制高等职业技术学校设置了商务英语专业。起初，由于商务英语专业人才比较匮乏，并且该专业把商务知识和英语有机地结合在一起，使该专业的毕业生在人才市场上具有明显的竞争优势，其就业形势在本世纪初呈现出良好的态势，因此备受学生家长和用人单位的青睐。然而，时过境迁，近年来，商务英语人才供不应求的状况已经悄然改变，并且出现了就业形势日趋严峻的局面。面对如此形势，笔者对常州刘国钧高等职业技术学校（以下简称“我校”）近两年商务英语专业毕业生的就业情况进行了调查。
二、调查概述
1.调查的目的
为全面了解常州刘国钧高等职业技术学校商务英语专业毕业生的就业情况，掌握社会和用人单位对该专业需求状况，为我校商务英语专业明确人才培养的目标、合理进行专业的调整，提供重要参考依据。
2.调查的对象和范围
本次调查活动的对象是常州刘国钧高等职业技术学校商贸管理系商务英语专业20xx届和20xx届毕业生，共计90人，其中20xx届毕业生39人，20xx届毕业生51人。
3.调查的内容和方法
本次调查的主要内容为我校商务英语专业毕业生就业单位的性质；专业对口情况；就业岗位的工资水平以及就业岗位所需知识和能力素质的要求等。本次调查方法主要采取班主任跟踪调查为主，电话访谈、网络在线调查等方法为辅。
三、调查结果分析
1.就业单位性质
注：表中其他情况是指毕业生升入本科院校。
表1调查统计表明，20xx和20xx两届毕业生就业单位主要集中于民营企业，能够进入国有企事业单位和外资企业的毕业生人数很少，20xx届毕业生没有从事于事业单位工作的学生，20xx届仅1人，且为临时留校助理，管理机房事务。20xx届毕业生就业的国营单位主要是中国移动公司和联通公司，从事的外资企业主要是肯德基。20xx届毕业生没有进入国营单位，而进入外资企业的仅有1人。对比发现，20xx届毕业生选择专升本或专接本的人数比重迅速上升。
2.专业对口情况
注：表中没有统计专升本和专接本毕业生情况，下同。
表2统计表明，我校商务英语专业毕业生主要从业于客服岗位，真正从事与商务英语有关的工作岗位为单证员，但是这一比例两年分别只占到8.33%和6.67%，专业对口率情况不容乐观，且这几个从事该工作的毕业生都是通过家人或者朋友介绍找的工作。调查发现，很多学生自认为学识水平一般，无法胜任商务英语工作，因此很多学生从事的工种大部分与专业不相关，且大多从事于销售等服务类行业。商务英语专业毕业生选择自主创业的很少，两届学生总共只有3人。
3.工资水平
从表3可以看出，我校商务英语专业毕业生工资水平普遍较低，月薪在1000～1500元之间的比例最大，20xx届毕业生月薪在1000～1500元的人数占到44.44%，而到20xx届这一比例上升到56.67%。20xx届毕业生最高工资月薪2500元，而20xx届毕业生的月薪没有高于2000元的。
4.岗位所需知识和能力素质要求
调查表明，由于我校商务英语专业毕业生主要从事于服务岗位，很多单位对学生的专业知识没有过多的要求。在人员录用上，用人单位主要偏向于对学生综合素质的考察。能吃苦、服务意识强、有创意、有想法、为人热情开朗、善于沟通的就业者更能获得用人单位的认可。商务英语专业的毕业生普遍认为工作中最需要的是：学习能力、职业沟通能力和团队合作精神。大部分企业认为员工学习能力是最重要的，学习是最有生产力的事情，学习比学历更重要，员工要树立终身学习的观念。现今社会有效的职业沟通已经成为人们生存与发展所必须的基本能力，拥有了沟通能力就等于掌握了成功的钥匙。中国职业能力认证中心2010年对1000名人事经理所做的问卷调查结果表明，其中超过85%的人认为，在当今的人才市场中，最有价值的技能是沟通技能（包括口头沟通、倾听和书面沟通能力）。有效的职业沟通是企业利润的源泉，也是职业人士获得成功的核心能力。[1]面对社会分工的日益细化，技术及管理的日益复杂，个人的力量和智慧显得苍白无力，即使是天才也需要别人的帮衬，唯有如此才能造就企业的成功，所以团队合作能力是企业利润的源泉，也是职业人士获得成功的核心能力。
四、阻碍商贸英语专业就业的因素分析
1.就业要求高学历化
自1999年大学扩招以来，我国的高等教育迅速发展。高校招生规模的扩大，在一定程度上满足了社会发展对各类、各层次人才的需要，同时也带来了大学生就业难的现象，大学生就业问题日趋严峻。特别是本世纪初研究生的扩招，使这一问题更加严峻和凸显。随着大学生的供大于求，人才需求也呈现高学历化。很多用人单位在招聘中明确优先考虑研究生，个别单位招聘时甚至注明非研究生免谈。这些现象无疑对五年制高职生来说是一大门槛。就业要求的高学历化给我校毕业生的就业带来了很大的影响，最近两届毕业生选择升学的比例逐年上升就反映了这一形势的严峻性。
2.英语专业人才供大于求
在教育部阳光高考网公布的20xx年中国大学生“红黄牌”专业名单中，高职院校的商务英语专业由于失业量较大，就业率持续走低且薪资待遇较低，被列为黄牌专业。随着我国高校扩招政策的实施，全国很多普通高校都开设了英语专业。在职业院校，商务英语专业由于准入门槛较低，建设投入资金较少，学生的就业面比较广，因而受到很多五年制高职校的热捧。但是专业设置雷同且盲目扩大招生规模，致使劳动力市场上英语人才供大于求。这种一味忽视市场吸纳能力与市场需求的做法，导致商务英语专业毕业生就业困难日趋严重。

结果还表明，学生在背诵新的语法规则和新单词时存在一些困难，如单词太多而记不住；语法太复杂，学不进去(比如第4、5、6项)。因此，在指导学生记忆英语单词时，应避免孤立的机械记忆，根据情况、语境和句子来记忆单词。至于语法，在教会学生熟练记忆语法规则的同时，还要对比分析一些容易混淆的语法现象，并且要有相关的语法专题和辨析练习，让学生在实际应用中轻松自然地掌握语法。此外，根据第7项，表明学生在英语阅读方面存在不足，他们渴望提高阅读理解能力。这不仅要求学生有丰富的语言信息资源、广阔的视野、丰富的语言知识和大量的词汇，而且要了解英美国家的社会文化习俗和背景；同时，他们必须具有较快的阅读速度和较强的推理、归纳、判断和解决问题的能力。因此，在实际教学中，要帮助学生克服恐惧和焦炉心理，加强阅读训练，引导学生的阅读技巧，逐步提高学生的阅读理解能力。
七.调查的启示:
通过这次调查，我对初中生英语学习的现状有了清晰的了解，这对我今后的英语教学具有重要的指导意义。在因材施教的同时，也要因材施教，即不要忘记根据学生的不同情况和问题采取相应的教学措施。要取长补短，有效提高教学效率。

根据广州市考试招生办公室的要求，在xxxx年的高中阶段学校招生考试，英语科考试中首次增加英语口语考试。针对此要求，课题组对同学在口语考试时的心理焦虑水平进行了调查，了解初中同学对英语口语考试的心理发展过程和造成焦虑水平不正常、不能在考场发挥出原有的英语口语水平的原因，对同学进行一些必要的心理素质培养，从而提高同学的现场应试能力、快速思维的能力显得尤为重要，也为提高英语总体水平打下基础。有鉴于此，我们课题组对我校的初三同学进行了调查。

本校（C层次）的随机抽出初三年级3个班同学作为调查对象，在第一次口语考试后，进行心理焦虑水平的问卷调查。这些同学在以前从未进行过口语考试，只在课堂和课后进行初步的口语交际。
各班的人数和男女生比例如下所示：初三（1）班女生17人男生19人共36人初三（3）班女生18人男生21人共39人初三（6）班女生17人男生18人共35人
二、调查方法
课题组根据同学平时在课堂进行口语练习的一些表示，并借鉴《健康学习心理与能力测评新概念》的一些有关考试焦虑度的测试题，反复修改，制定了初三同学口语测试焦虑水平问卷。
调查询卷共35题，共105分，四个选项。
分别为A、B、C、D。
结果分四个级别：
0－24分（镇定）
25－49分（轻度焦虑）
50－74分（中度焦虑）
75分－105分（重度焦虑）
测试总分在0－24分之间属于镇定水平，说明考生能够以较为平静和轻松的心情对待考试。
一些同学是后进生，对分数的高低持无所谓的态度，就不会有一些反常表示，就表示为镇定。
也有一些考生经常上台发言，对这些局面已能应对自如也表示为平静和轻松。
总分处在25－49分之间属于轻度焦虑水平，说明考生面对考试心情比较激动，有点惶恐不安。这属于正常临考和考试状态，因为轻度的焦虑水平能使考生行动起来，积极认真备考。
总分处在50－74分之间属于中度焦虑水平，说明考生心情过于激动和担心，焦虑不安，以这样的心情去参与考试会影响考生的正常发挥，从而难以反映考生的实际水平。
这局部考生必需通过正确的心理素质辅导和提高，来降低焦虑水平，克服口语考试的心理障碍以体现真实口语的水平。
75分以上说明是处于重度焦虑水平，说明考生以患上考试焦虑症。它会导致考生的考试失败，学习水平不能正常发挥。他们表示为心情极度紧张，不时冒汗，打颤，脸色惨白手足无措等。
必需进行一系列的心理辅导和治疗，才干发挥出原有的英语口语水平。
三、结果与分析
1）心理焦虑度情况分析
随机抽查一个班的问卷分析，多数考生口语考试前表示为感到紧张，怕题目难，担心自身考试不和格，心跳加速。有些同学因为以前没参与过口语考试，心里没底，对考试没有信心而心慌；有同学因为害怕抽到题目难的考卷，会考出低分而担心，心情不好、烦躁；有局部考生手心出汗，双腿哆嗦，甚至坐立不安；有同学觉的脑子一片空白，害怕失败。
我们采用SPSS11.0的社会科学统计软件进行分析。
第一次心理焦虑度测试情况和第二次（抽三个班前后对比）进行比较。
在第一次的口语考试和心理测试后，课题组依据克拉申提出的“情感过滤假说”，习得能获得足够的语言摄入（input）情感因素起着对输入进行过滤作用。情感因素因人而异。学习的情感因素会阻碍或加速语言的习得。只有在最佳情感条件下，才会发生真正的习得。最佳条件有三：学习者有最强烈的学习动机，充溢信心，心情舒畅、无什么焦虑感等。
课题组对同学进行有关英语考试心理的专题辅导，如邀请广州市现代教科中心的心理学教授进行题为《谁让我们焦虑？》的讲座，通过这次心理辅导讲座和我们课题组成员为实验同学进行题为《轻轻松松上考场》、《口语考试不用怕，我能行》、《如何克服口语考试怯场》等心理专题研讨活动课，在与第二次口语考试后进行了考试心理调查情况前后对比，有明显的进步。通过SPSS11.0的统计，p=0.000
2）口语考试成果情况分析
口语考试题型模仿高中阶段学校招生考试样题设计。
分三大题：
一、朗读短文；
二、回答问题（只读一次）；
三、口头表达（用所给的中文提示词语对话或者说话）各5分，共15分。
学校第一次口语考试和第二次口语考试的成果比较：实验班和对比班在第一题的朗读短文方面P=0.002
3）性别心理情况和口语成果分析
从第一次的心理焦虑水平测试结果来看，女生的焦虑程度比男生的略高些，人数也比男生多，反映女生在心理调适方面不如男生。这也许是由于女生的生理特点或性格特征等原因所致。从口语成果来分析，女生和男生的成果各题分布是P=0.009
四、研究的方向
由于对同学进行心理辅导时间不长，对同学进行的口语技能训练还没有系统化，还在探索阶段。因此，口语成果还没有很大进步，由于两次口语考试是“人人对话”，而对于“人机对话”的考试方式，同学的心理焦虑程度如何？同学的考试心理调适能力如何？男生和女生的心理辅导是否要看不同情况分层次来开展心理和技能辅导？这些有待下阶段进一步研究。我们期待今年的高中阶段学校招生考试英语口语考试后再进行调查统计、分析和研究。
第五篇：英语调查报告
西安市xx县x镇位于泾渭分明自然景观所在地，属于泾河、渭河冲积形成的，行政区域22平方公里，包括8个自然村，常住人口17万多人，从工业园开发到xx年上半年，共累计招商项目两百多个, 现有大中型各类企业183家，xx年园区总产值71亿元，企业纳税总额高达6.03亿元。同时，人均收入也由xx年的1278元增加到xx年的5136元，仅次于西安市区白领人均收入。
随着长庆油田生活社区群逐步建成并入住，泾渭镇人口经济进入发展快车道。在泾渭镇居住生活的油田职工户数达到2.3万多户，6.8万余人。中小学及学龄前儿童达到1万多人，每年人均在课外培训上的花费达8千元左右，每年市场规模八千多万。而泾渭镇目前现有各类英语培训学校13家，其中包括隆源英语培训学校以成立时间早的本土发展起来的培训学校，吉的堡英语培训，新希望为代表的较高知名度的培训机构，还有以为学教育、新趋势为代表的新进培训机构。
社会环境是指整个社会的科学文化、文学研究、道德观价值观、人文宗教、普世价值等影响因素。现如今人们对自己的要求越来越高,己经不仅仅满足于目前的生活质量和标准，有越来越多的人希望接受再教育让自己的生活质量提高,提升自己的综合竞争力。
家长重视子女教育受传统文化影响，希望自己的子女有出息是家长们的美好心愿，家长们宁可自己不吃不喝也要给自己孩子最好的，“参加早教和课外教育的必要性”毋庸置疑，家长只是在选择何种课程，哪家培训机构上有疑问而已。从统计数据上可以看出，“孩子的教育消费已经将近占家庭月均总支出50%以上，且有逐渐上升之趋势。用于孩子教育上的消费开支甚至排在住房和养老消费之上，排在家庭总开支的前列”，我国国内升学考试竞争日趋激烈，这种现象也成了一个不争的事实，因此英语教育在国内培训行业中有着非常重要的作用，从事英语培训的学校也越来越多，就英语教学学校的背景而言，可以分为国内本土学校和国外学校，国内本土培训学校国内老师偏多，性价比高，国外品牌培训学校外国老师偏多，所以价格相对较高。
在传统学校教育中，因为各种原因，必须以应试教育为目标。教学中自然不自然地会进行填鸭式教育，“以分数为评判老师和学生的唯一标准，用成绩说话”是这种现象生动的体现，传统学校教育天生存在不足，校外的这种培训室对学校教育的有力补充。语言的学习，尤其是低年龄段，小学生和学龄前儿童，最好倡导的是兴趣培养和素质教育，给孩子语言是沟通交流的手段。在大年龄段里则更应该要注重英语文化的学习，学习西方文化和了解西方生活方式，帮助学生更多的了解国外的文化，开拓学生视野。另外，关于校外英语培训的以能够激发孩子的兴趣，并有针对性进行开发，以兴趣培养为目标，可以说是素质教育的一种。
