下午好!
我是五(3)班的英语老师，首先欢迎各位家长的到来。借此机会，我想应该给各位家长谈一下孩子们在这一个学期学习英语的情况。开学初，本班学生在英语学习中缺乏积极性，自觉性差，凡事都要不停地反复的督促。布置的任务不能及时的完成。而五年级的英语教材相较三、四年级，又有所变化，起初孩子们没有找好学习的切入点，所以我们在座有些家长就反映孩子的英语成绩较之前有所下降。一学期下来了，在强化课堂教学，抓好课堂效益上，我结合教材和学生的多方面情况，做了以下一些工作：
1、五年级英语在听、说、读、写方面的要求更加重要，我们尽量在课堂上帮助学生掌握知识，开展活动，让他们在不知不觉中张口说英语。比如我们班庄园，王辉，钱勇，曹旭成，王声康，许雅文等同学，每节课的知识和作业都能当堂掌握和完成。
2、兴趣是最好的老师。英语课中多是一些情景对话，我们常常设置一个情境，让学生进入其中，以表演的形式学习新知，乐在其中。如李杰，葛宇，逗号，潘建如，李浪，张朋顺，周扬名，吴家佩，花尉揩，沈培欢等同学，经常表演和惟妙惟肖，让人忍俊不禁的同时，其他同学也加深了对课文的理解。
3、孩子们都是要强的，我们举行各式各样的'比赛，让他们自发地要求进步。最近我们开展一对一的擂台赛。孩子们学习的积极性高涨。如张峰玮与庄园同学之间，杨冬煦和潘康同学之间，你追我赶，共同进步。
我们也进行了一些简单的测试，有很多同学较开学初都有很大的进步。尤其是张影，张自豪，刘俊杰，李杰，鲍胜凡，潘国光，吕文豪等同学。我们班同学，优秀的学生不仅成绩好，在英语表达能力上也有提高，学习有困难的学生也不气馁，一直在努力地向前冲。学习英语是为了以后能与人用英语交流，平时有积累，最后就能收获成功。让我们一起为孩子们营造一个开心快乐的学习氛围，真正让孩子们相对学的轻松，扎实，有效。

在今天的班会上，我要演讲的题目是“环保”，我为什么要演讲这个题目呢?因为现在的人们都没有环保意识，一上街，一些生活垃圾时不时就出现在我们的眼前，易拉罐、香口胶、玻璃瓶等等的垃圾都散落在地面，“五颜六色、千奇百怪”。这要是被外国的朋友看到了，还以为我们在举办堆放垃圾的活动呢。所以，我希望通过这次演讲，能让人们产生对环保的认识，让我们的`家园变得美好起来。
许多朋友可能会说：“怎么才能让现在的人们又环保意识呢。”以往的劝说、惩罚已经没有用了。唯一的办法就是让大家意识到乱扔垃圾的后果有多么严重，接下来，让我给大家讲一讲乱扔垃圾的后果：
首先，垃圾会堆满大家的走道，导致行走不方便，接下来，老鼠、蟑螂、蚊子等昆虫会布满整个城市，而树木因为被垃圾队满了而没有养分可吸收而枯萎，小鸟们也到了其它地方去生活，这样，害虫们没有天敌，就会更加猖狂，他们把周围的垃圾吃光后，就来攻击人类，平民百姓们斗不过害虫，只好被害虫们吃掉，最后，整个城市只剩下几千万只害虫了。
怎么样，听了我的“故事”，你觉得我们应当做到有环保意识了吧，不要等到事情过了才后悔，要在事情来到之前就要预防。你们说，对吗?所以我们要爱护环境。

春秋时期的孔子是我国伟大的思想家、政治家和教育家，被人们尊称为最有学问的“圣人”。为什么孔子会有如此渊博的知识呢？《国学》课本里《孔子相师》的故事告诉我们，在日常生活中，随处都有做我们老师的人，我们要像孔子一样虚心请教问题。
记得上幼儿园的时候，有一天，我看到爸爸妈妈在下棋，一会儿爸爸赢了，一会儿妈妈又赢了。我感到很好奇，就问他们在玩什么。爸爸告诉我，这叫五子棋，哪一方最先有五颗棋子连成一条直线就算获胜。于是，我就请求爸爸教我下棋。从最开始的一直输，到偶尔的赢一两局，我慢慢掌握了下五子棋的诀窍。现在，我和妈妈下棋已经难分伯仲，经常是棋子都下完了还不能决出胜负，爸爸直夸我是“下棋高手”呢！

I am very happy to meet with you here today to tell you my speech is entitled "English, so I am happy."
English, spread to all over the world, people talk about memorization. Since my time in first grade began to learn English, I was not interested in it, but the third and fourth grade, when a sudden interest in reading in English every day, and even self-learning, to raise a lot of English results .
Now, my greatest interest is the time to see the English. Each weekend, I always find time to read English books or see on the English comic books, information books, and even outside the time when shopping, but also with some English information on the book, simply put it down.
