按揭专员岗位职责，负责集团公司及下属房地产公司的按揭贷款、抵押、及房产证、土地证的办理。
一、按揭部主管一位（岗位职责）
1、负责按揭部整体日常工作的运营和管理；
2、负责管理团队，带领团队完成业务指标；
3、负责按揭贷款市场拓展及客户服务工作
4、负责按揭专员工作的调度及指导工作；
5、负责部门的各项管理事宜，组织审核并上报客户按揭资料；
6、负责组织客户进行银行约见，处理好与银行人员的关系
7、负责与相关部门进行沟通协调工作；
8、负责对按揭部工作进行总结，及时发现和解决存在的问题。
9、熟悉房产、国土部门及银行、担保公司运作流程；熟悉房地产买卖流程；
10、具有市场开拓、客户服务经验.。

3、督促销售人员和客户提供银行所需的前期资料。
