1、岗位职责

从现实生活对"秘书"的人文理解上，可以表述为：秘书是在社会确定的对应从属范围内，为特定负责对象主导性事务的权力和责任，进行以日常协理为主的知识性服务的一类职司人员。文秘的职责主要有：

（1）要协助领导收集和综合分析整理信息。

信息是决策的基础，要保证决策正确，就必须收集和掌握大量信息。收集的内容包括党中央、国务院以及本单位的上级主管机关所发的与本单位业务有关的方针、政策、法令、计划、决定、批示；下属单位的工作进展情况，包括成绩、经验、问题以及对基本情况的统计；还要收集与本单位的业务工作有关的外界情况。

（2）要协助领导制定决策。
