在这烈日炎炎、骄阳似火的9月，为期4天的军训如火如荼的拉开了帷幕。这几天，我们感到又漫长，又短暂，充满了艰辛和快乐，现在4天快要过去，我忽然发现，我感受更多的是留恋与不舍。
是的，军训是很辛苦的，回想一下，苦在脚上磨出的泡，苦在为正步踢麻的腿，苦在站军姿时累酸的腰间，军训如此的苦，我当然也有退缩的时候。但我坚持了下来，军训是一个过程，一个考验自我，磨练自我的过程，半途而废是耻辱。大家都咬紧牙关，不到万不得已绝不停止训练，要知道军训本来就是磨练我们的意志，锻炼我们的身体，那么，为什么要放弃呢?想到这，我都会咬咬牙，挺过去。也许坚毅在累酸的腰间堆集，最后将坚实、挺拔与不屈。或许这些不是苦，而是一种收获，一种让我受益终生的收获，我收获的是耐力是坚毅是勇敢，是不屈，更是团队精神。无论今后我做什么，想到今天的苦与收获，一切艰难险阻都变得无所谓了。 我想这也就达到了军训的目的了吧。
是的，从军训中我们也感受到很多快乐。从大家整齐的脚步声，高昂的口号声中，我体会到了团结的欢乐，也体会了奋进的快乐，当我们班经过4天的训练，我们感受到集体的温暖。。在这里，我们大声欢呼，在这里，我们大声的笑，在这里，我们留下了我们最美好的回忆!
那一位教官的喉咙已沙哑，然而还是有力地喊着“稍息”、“立正”、“一二一”“齐步走”。训练时他们像所有教官一样严厉，注重纪律，精益求精;然而却又多了一份细心，对每个同学尽其关爱，对每个同学不失原则的要求都尽量满足。休息时他们的`微笑让人感觉如兄长一般的亲切清爽，让大家觉得像朋友一般的轻松舒适。
这5天过得如此之快啊，感受最多的还是我们坚持不懈、永不放弃的精神。记得在《谁动了我的奶酪》中看过这样一句话：“如果我无所畏惧，我会怎么做?”现在我想，我要做勇敢的女孩，如果我是勇敢的，我就无所畏惧，那么我没有理由放弃努力。坚持下去，坚持到底。没有日晒雨淋，没有狂气暴雨，怎会有属于自己的风雨彩虹，怎会有属于自己的精彩天地!生命不息，奋斗不止，所以我坚持，我胜利!
也许军训的时光短暂，也许这样的时光一去不复返。但“稍息、立正、站好、向左看”这些口令将永远回荡在我的耳边。

The first day of my high school, I was told that the freshmen would need to join the military training. I felt so scared, because in the summer days, the sun was so hot and I would be burned like a black man. But there was no way for the freshman to refuse to join the military training. The training lasted for a week, in the first two days, we stood under the hot sun, moving around the playground and song.
It was tough, but in the coming days, we got used to it and started to enjoy the free time. All the students were like a group, we trained together, we sweated and played. 9月1日，我们背着背包乘车来到了军训地点DD沈阳武警指挥学院，开始了军训的第一天。
第一天，烈日高照，我们在阳光下训练，仅仅是站军姿，我的额头湿了，汗顺着头发流了下来，却不能用手擦，裤子也被汗水打湿了，但教官依然让我们站着，那一天，我们不知在心里骂了教官多少遍。
第二天，最终下了雨，却是毛毛细雨，我们站在雨中训练，对于刚刚离开家的我们，极度缺乏默契，腿踢得不齐，手摆得不正，有人因体力不支下去休息了，我多想装病下去，可是教官说：“你们是一个班团体，你们每一个人都有义务去为这个团体的荣誉付出十倍的力量”。听到这句话时，我看到了教官眼中的焦急，教师眼中的信任，我告诉自我，再苦再累，也必须为班级争荣誉，再疼再痛，也绝不掉一滴眼泪。
踢腿不齐时，我感受到了同学们的焦急，有人晕倒时，我感受到了同学们眼中的鼓励，当雨水冲打肩膀时，我感受到了同学们的毅力。最终，步伐齐了，军姿挺拔了，排面成了一条线了。于是，有了月光下嘹亮的歌声，教官与教师满意的语句，有了同学们如出一致的身影。
最终一天来了，听到阅兵式响起的那威武的音乐，震撼了我的心灵。“同学们好，校长好，同学们辛苦了，为校争光”，我听到了战士们的心声，听到了我们这些小战士的心声，那样豪迈。考核结束了，成绩出来了，那一刻，这五天来所有的劳累都被抛到九霄云外。
