根据局党总支的统一安排部署,为进一步加强对党员的教育管理和监督，切实解决党员队伍在理想信念、思想作风、工作作风等方面存在的问题，促进党员队伍整体素质不断提高，结合弘扬铁人精神年活动的深入开展，第三支部于5月24日开展了党员民主评议活动。现将开展评议活动情况总结如下：
一、统筹安排，精心组织实施，为评议工作的顺利进行奠定思想基础
人事局党总支《关于做好20xx年度民主评议党员工作的通知》下发后，支部书记苗旗新同志高度，迅速召开了三支部支委会，组织支委成员学习了局党总支印发的《20xx年民主评议党员工作实施方案》，并结合当前开展的弘扬铁人精神年活动，认真分析了一年来三支部全体党员围绕人事人才工作，在理清工作思路，改进工作方法，创建服务型机关，倡导争先创优，爱岗敬业，争创一流中发挥的表率作用及存在思想观念滞后、创新意识不强、还不能完全适应当前人事人才改革发展需要的问题、以及三支部党建工作取得的成效和存在的不足。对近期做好党员民主评议活动进行了研究部署。通过学习，支部一班人一致认为，一年一度的党员民主评议活动很有必要，对于加强和改进党的工作，保持共产党员先进性,增强党组织的凝聚力和向心力，树立党员队伍整体形象，充分发挥广大党员的模范带头作用，切实推动人事人才工作创新，圆满完成各项工作任务具有特别重要的意义。特别是在弘扬铁人精神年活动中，开展党员民主评议，更有助于活动的开展，更有利于党员干部进一步学习铁人精神，干好本职工作，推动人事工作健康发展。随后根据局党总支的统一安排,召开了第三支部全体党员大会,动员部署20xx年党员民主评议工作。会上组织党员认真学习了新《党章》、《中国共产党党内监督条例》、《中国共产党纪律处分条例》等内容。要求每个党员要紧密结合弘扬铁人精神年活动的深入开展，紧密联系工作和思想实际，认真进行自我剖析、自我反省，查找自身在学习、思想、工作、作风和发挥先锋模范作用以及不适应科学发展等方面存在的问题。通过学习动员，统一了思想，提高了认识，增强了搞好民主评议的自觉性和主动性，使每个党员更加明确权利、义务和保持党员先进性的要求，增强了责任感、使命感、党性观念和先进模范意识，提高了贯彻落实科学发展观的自觉性。由于支部领导和全体党员高度重视，安排部署周密，学习动员扎实，从而为搞好民主评议工作打下了坚实的基础。
二、突出重点，注重评议效果，达到评议的预期目的
5月24日，第三支部利用半天时间集中开展了党员民主评议，评议工作广泛吸纳非党人士参加，参加会议18人，其中党员12人，非党人士和群众6人。全体党员本着实事求是，客观公正的态度认真开展自评和评议。人事局副局长李登文同志带头发言，他结合当前开展的弘扬铁人精神年活动，从工作实际和思想实际，认真查摆了自身存在的问题，对今后如何做好本职工作谈了具体想法。支部书记苗旗新同志从支部建设、人才中心工作及个人工作作风、思想实际等方面，认真分析了支部建设及人力资源市场建设、人才服务工作方面的问题，对如何加强和改进支部工作，不断加强党支部的战斗堡垒作用，发挥人力资源市场在人才配置中的基础性作用深刻阐述了意见。整个民主评议党员活动中，始终抓住民主评议这个中心环节。
