外贸跟单

外贸跟单(服装跟单员)的工作内容：

1）每天处理客人的E-mail，包括自己有关订单的任何疑问出电邮问客人；答客人的任何关于订单的问题。收到客人的E-mail首先在电脑上看一遍，然后依次打印出来，有关批核的信息第一时间通知给工厂（用FAX，自己留有记录），要复客人的（客人是欧美的，有时差）最好是下午4：00~5：30一次复回。因为有的问题是要问工厂或有关同事才能答给客人的。打印出物的电邮要按款号存档。（存档是一个最基本的一项工作，也是很重要的一项工作，此项工作也可由助理来做)

2）收到客人原办和资料à拍照或画图à查客人资料是否齐全，包括：数量，尺码分配，尺寸表，颜色，物料，包装方法及物料并且要仔细看清客人原办的制做工艺有无特别的加以记录，以便能够有重点的跟进生产à整理好资料，开办单给工厂报价及做初办（一般报价要在两日内完成）。同时要做好一个进度表，以便跟单员可以跟进整个订单的进度。督促工厂能够按时交货。à收到工厂报价和公司的目标价对比，如有相差须与工厂协商使价钱接近公司目标价à制做价目表给公司老板批准à老板批准OK后，会有一个报价给客人à待客复价钱OK即可做以下的工作了。

3）追工厂的初办，及物料批办，都要一式三份，一份给客，一份自己存档，一份预给工厂（将会写上客人评语）à自己先核对是否正确，如不正确要退回工厂重做，如正确要寄给客人批。

4）客人有头办评语à写在给工厂的头办上和物料批办上给工厂à要求工厂按评语做生产前办（或销售办或称为大办视客人要求）订物料或重新做物料

5）在做办期间，要做好生产制单及QC FILE（即QC查货的文件）包括生产制单，色办，大货布办，包装资料及正确大货物料卡。还要一件正确的PP办。PP办要有签名盖章及批准日期及客人的一些评语。

6）PP办工厂要做3件（1件寄客；1件自己存，到时要给QC做查货用；1件将会给工厂），收到PP办后仔细核对布料是否是正确大货布，辅料是否正确齐全，尺寸是否满足客人的尺寸表。给客人的PP办要正确，不可有任何错误。如有代用物料必须注明（实际生产中经常有钮钉代用情况）。但尽量要求工厂能够做到所有物料正确。挂好挂牌，就可以寄给客人。待客人批复OK即可通知工厂开裁生产了。（PP办上必认真写上客人的评语）。

7）安排QC查中期。工厂开裁2-3日要通知QC同事去看中期了。

8）追船头办，在走货前7天内，工厂必须提供船头办（数量按客人要求，一般都是齐色中间码两套，一套寄给客人，一套自己公司存。

9）走货前8-10天内工厂要提供大货纸箱尺寸CBM及净重毛重资料à要给船务的同事做好走货安排。

10）走货时要按QC同事的尾期查货报告出给工厂发货批准书，双方签名确认此批货品无任何品质问题，即可走货。追工厂的装箱单，和商业发票核对无误后提供给船务部的同事。

11）此订单已结束。

实际生产中会有不同的问题出现，跟单员要第一知情，如果自己可以解决的就可以直接和工厂协商解决。但很多问题是不能自己一个人解决的，必须上报上司，甚至要同客人协商（比如推迟货期等）

产品不同,但流程都差不多.
