I wanna welcome everybody here in this cheer team. Thank you for coming here this morning to stand on my side cheering me on. It’s my dream to have the opportunity to challenge all the foreign athletes to the championship at this great occasion: 20XX Olympic Games. Now, the dream came true. As an athlete of China, I’m here to win the gold medal of orienteering for our motherland.

I’m so proud of being one of the best players in the world. But could you believe I had been a lazy girl when I was in Junior High. I’m not kidding! At that time, running was my last favorite. I really don’t know how to describe the first time I was on the track. It was horrible. When I started to run, I was simply out of breath. And while I touched the finishing line, I really didn’t know if I was still alive. It’s so funny, huh? But it’s true, I did. Well, something happened and changed the situation. We won the right of holding the Olympic Games in 20XX. After that, sports became a kind of game in campus. And there are many sports clubs in school. One day someone asked me:“are you gonna try one of those?”First I felt so wired.

“Try to get into sports clubs? Are you kidding?” I said. And she goes: “Why not?? It’s not hard at all, and so fascinating!” So I did tried one and I was so lucky to become one of those who did orienteering. That is a fantastic sport! You need to run and find where to go just by using a map and a compass. It’s wasn’t popular in China at first. But when we heard it might become a new event in 20XX, we did practiced hard, and aimed to win the first

Champion of orienteering in the world. When we practiced, there were a lot of troubles. You know, sometimes you need to go with your feet, but sometimes you need to go with your heart. In some situations, we faced the difficulties and problems. And we need to solve that through teamwork and strong willpower. So we can run faster, go higher and be stronger. That is what we say―Olympic spirit. Now the dream came true. I’m standing here with all my body and my heart put in sports. So do the people from all over the world to HERE at the Olympic Games. It’s the Olympic Games that make us together. We are here for a big day of sport; we are here for a dream of sports. We are here for a spirit of sport that encourages us to face the difficulties of today and tomorrow.

老师、同学们:

大家早上好!今天我国旗下讲话的题目同样是:《我运动我健康我快乐!》

有一个真实的故事,同样告诉了我们体育运动的重要性与好处。法国著名作家雨果,年青时很有才华。29岁就写了长篇小说《巴黎圣母院》,这本小说轰动了整个法国。之后他还写了很多小说、散文、诗歌……可正当他激情奔放的时候,心脏病却突然发作了。许多人看到雨果发青的脸色,都为他感到惋惜。人们都以为巨星就要坠落了。可雨果并不悲观,他在医生的指导下,每天坚持跑步、游泳、爬山。没多久,雨果的病情渐渐好了起来。于是他又提起笔重新写作。60岁创作了文学名著《悲惨世界》,80岁创作了戏剧《笃尔克玛》。最终他活了84岁。人们看到雨果40岁得了心脏病,最终却成了一个长寿者,都赞叹不已地说:“这真是一个奇迹。”

同学们一定听说姚明、刘翔等运动员吧。他们都是运动高手,有着强壮的身体与拿手的.运动项目。他们那强壮的身体与拿手的运动项目都是从运动中得到的礼物哦。

除了在体育课、大课间的运动外,每天,你自己有没有自觉地参加体育运动?当你学习、看书超过一个小时,就要站起来走走了;当你留恋在电视机前、沉迷在电脑游戏的时候,更要站起来到外面运动运动一下。运动不在于多,不在于激烈,而在于持之以恒和适量。跑步和走路是最好的运动。早上来到学校可先到运动场跑两圈再上教室;下午放学时也可以去跑几圈或到操场打打球跳跳绳等;饭后在家或附近慢走十分钟。这些看似简单而且不花时间的运动,如果持之以恒地去做,一定会收到事半功倍的效果。只有健康的意识,持之以恒的体育锻炼,才能战胜疾病,可怕的流感病毒也不会侵犯你。

为了提高我们的体质健康水平,在此我号召大家做到以下几点:

第一、坚持每天早上跑三两圈,跑步时,统一往一个方向,避免相撞,眼睛向前看,双手应该积极摆动,不要插在口袋里;不要一边跑、一边讲话,因为很容易把跑步时带起的灰尘吸到嘴里。

第二、冬季锻炼要注意预防感冒,锻炼时着装要合理,锻炼后要及时穿衣保暖。

第三、参加冬季锻炼要有顽强的毅力,持之以恒的精神,切不可"三天打鱼,两天晒网",我们很多同学身上缺乏的就是这种坚持。

来吧,亲爱的同学们!在这个冬季里,面对严寒,让我们走向操场,走进大自然,走到阳光下,在运动中增强体质,在操场上磨练意志,让运动――成为我们终生的兴趣爱好!让健康――成为我们全面发展的不懈追求!让快乐――成为我们成长过程的伴奏音符!
