Good morning,ladies and gentleman. I’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech.Today my topic is “The older I grow,the more I learn”. I hope you will like it. ,
How times flies! After saying goodbye to my happy primary school life,I become a junior school student.I know there`s always so much work to do and also much trouble I have to face.
In school,I have to take a lot of lessons.Some are interesting while some are boring.But it's the responsibility of the students to leam them all well. I have to try my best to finish it.During my growing time,a lot of trouble worried me.That's awful and makes me blue.
Although I met with a lot of failure, I still have a lot of gains.I can make a priceless freiendship. I can leam a large number of usful things,such as being kind,friendly to others, being confident and independent and so on. I think growing pains and gains are coutless.But they actually play an important role in my life and make my life colourful.
As a junior student , I should have a firme aim to study hard . My goal is to enter the best university for further study after middle school . I know it’s a hard work , and I ’ll come across many difficulties and frustrations . But no matter what they are , I’ll keep working on it and never give up . My teacher says there ’s only one kind of people that are truly successful : those who are brave enough to put up with hardships . Even if I won’t achieve the goal , I have no regrets for what I have done , for I have struggled for my goals.

Although I am not a shape student in my class and I am not as
popular as my best friend . But I'm feeling happy enough now.Beacuse I have a loving family, many good friends and a warm class. More important is ,I'm living in the world . The world is so beautiful that make me feel I am

It is true that with enough money one can buy all the things one wants,and live a life of comfort and security.However,it is equally true that lack of money causes great distress.It is a common view that "money is the root of all evil." The pursuit of money drives many people to cheat and steal.In some places there is nothing that cannot be bought with money,resulting in corrupt societies where everybody is miserable.
So,money does not necessarily mean happiness.It all depends on how it is used.If we make honest and sensible use of money,it can be a stepping-stone to happiness l Although money cannot buy happiness,it can make happiness possible if it is employed sensibly.

With time goes by, it es a bit hard for me to remember everything about myself at the first day of my college life. However, there was one thing for sure that I did feel quite excited and curious about my university. There is no doubt that students like me have struggled for a long time so that can be permitted to enter the university. Bringing with expectation, I got into Zhejiang Gongshang University. Generally speaking, its an interesting and fantastic place for us to study and live in. Every day a series of outgoing people get into my eyesight.
Curious and out of politeness, Id talk to them heart to heart. Here I make friends with my new classmates from everywhere around China. Whats more, time and weather permitting, I will enjoy jogging or playing basketball with my classmates on the playground, tired but happy. When staying in dormitory, I choose to read news online and sometimes watch a film for relaxing. However, a good student can never leave his study behind. When it es to study, hard problems never upset me, instead they arouse me. Rather than ignoring it, Id think carefully for a while and ask my classmates for help.
To be honest, there are some things I don’t deal with properly. For instance, once I spent nearly a whole day playing puter games. Personally, we university students are already adults and its our obligation to develop ourselves in college by learning new professional skills. Not until we take a right attitude towards our study and life can we win a rich and colorful experience in college.
