民以食为天，食以安为先。目前，在学校周边经营的食品店，最喜欢用各式各样花花绿绿的食品吸引我们学生。然而，食以洁为先，食以安为本，我们少年儿童食品的质量和安全已成为全社会关注的焦点。为了积极宣传《中华人民共和国食品安全法》，创造和谐的校园食品消费氛围，构建安全的校园食品消费环境，我们要做到如下几点：

一、加强学习，提高认识。

我们要利用课余时间，认真学习《中华人民共和国食品安全法》及其它的食品安全常识，积累一些食品安全知识，提高自己的辨识能力，尤其是对“无厂名、无厂址、无生产日期”的“三无”食品的辨识能力，充分认识到“三无”、过期、不洁等食品的危害性。

二、增强意识，自觉抵制。

切实增强我们的食品安全意识和自我保护意识，在校园内营造人人讲究饮食安全的氛围，自觉抵制“三无”食品、无“qs”标志的食品和其它垃圾食品，坚决不购买不健康的食品，也要教育自己的亲人、朋友和同学积极抵制这些不健康食品。

三、积极宣传，勇于监督。

早上好，今天我国旗下讲话的题目是：关注食品安全，保障身体健康。同学们，关于食品安全，有两句话不知大家听说过没有，一是“民以食为天”,意思是说，食品是关系到生命维系，身体健康的天大的事;二是“病从口入”,意思是指吃了不干净、腐败变质若是有毒的食物，或者食物没有煮熟、煮透，会导致食物中毒，轻微者可影响学习，重者会生命丧失。

因此，我们要学习和了解一定的食品卫生知识、养成良好的饮食习惯、增进自我保护意识，抵制低劣食品的诱惑。但我们有时还会看到在校园周边的摊点特别是流动小摊前，一些同学仍在购买和食用存在卫生安全隐患的价廉质次的食品。根据卫生监督部门提供的资料，在他们历次的食品卫生检查和专项整治中，校园周边的饮食摊点尤其是流动小商贩大多数没有卫生许可证、从业人员健康证等或证照不全，并且为了要以低廉的价格吸引同学们，就只能采购便宜的原料，质量无法保证，所以进货渠道比较杂乱甚至专门购进一些“三无”产品，其中不仅有过期甚至变质的食品，而且不少食品就是以色素、糖精为主要原料，看起来诱人，其实对身体无益甚至有害更谈不上营养价值。另外由于摊点现场加工条件有限，常常缺乏必要的洗涮砧板、餐具消毒的程序，再加上路边的扬尘等污染，这样的食品不仅不卫生，缺乏营养，而且容易引发食源性疾病和食物中毒的发生，因此坚决不能食用。

所以，我提醒同学们：

1、思想上实要有“食品安全”这根弦，要了解和掌握一些食品安全知识，增强自我预防能力。在购买食品时，应选择正规的大型商场和超市，选购食品应尽可能选择一些知名品牌。若在小店里购买食品一定要注意厂家、生产日期、保质期等标识，同时应留意包装袋有无破损，外包装有没有被改动过的痕迹。无生产许可证、QS标志的食品坚决不能购买和食用。

2、培养良好的饮食习惯，不食用流动摊点的小吃、零食等，自觉抵制三无食品、低质食品的诱惑。若和家人在外就餐，也应选择卫生洁净，餐具消毒，环境整洁，证照齐全的正规餐馆。同时，注意营养均衡，荤素搭配，不挑食，不偏食;多吃水果和蔬菜，少吃油炸、烟熏、烧烤食品;多饮白开水，少喝含有防腐剂、色素的饮料等等。

3、养成良好的卫生习惯。饭前便后要洗手，不乱扔包装盒、塑料袋等垃圾，保持整洁、优美的卫生环境。
