一、上学期情况汇报
上学期通过一个学期的努力，我们班的学生在数学学习上有了不小的进步，比如在课堂上更会听课了，不少学生不但听，还能主动思考，大胆表达自己的观点，会想敢说，这是一个可喜的进步；作业方面也更认真了，能做到书写工整，按时完成，及时订正错题。一些家长也很认真负责，每天帮助孩子检查作业并签字。在家校的共同努力下，上个学期的期考我们班也取得了一定的成绩，有个别孩子的成绩不够理想，希望这个学期这些孩子的家长能继续抓紧孩子的学习，我想只要方法得当，对孩子的学习不放松，我们班的每个孩子都会在自己原有的基础上有所提高。
二、本学期教材介绍和家教指导
这个学期的数学知识由八个单元的内容组成，这八个单元有认识大数，认识负数；有两三位数乘除法的计算；还有认识线和角，图形变换，方向位置和统计等。要求掌握的知识点比较多，尤其注重空间观念的发展，空间与图形这部分知识也更加抽象，年级提升了对学生学习能力上的要求也不断提高。每天一节数学课，怎样做才能在有限的时间内消化比较多的知识呢？认真预习和认真完成作业就由为重要。怎么预习，过去我已经讲过了，在这里不再重复。下面我想说说家长们如何做好数学方面的家庭教育：
1、重视学习习惯的培养
有的孩子生性大大咧咧，不是忘带这样，就是忘带那样，所以培养孩子细心认真准备全学习用品的习惯，还是值得我们重视的。作业格式训练也是学习习惯培养的一方面，尤其是在竖式计算的时候，怎么写工整清楚，完成一题空一行等等，不能随心所欲。另一方面就是作业的按时完成，我们大多时候是书面作业，但有时候也会有一些读一读，说一说的口头作业，要注意提醒孩子认真完成好，并在能力范围内给他们检查。现在已经是四年级了，但我们班还有个别学生用铅笔写作业，希望家长提醒孩子用钢笔写作业，想好了再做，没有把握的要在草稿纸上做一遍，检查好了再誊抄，有错要用橡皮擦改正，尽量少用改正纸和涂改液。
2、重视孩子计算能力的培养
上学期的期末考试中，我班因计算方面造成的丢分现象比较严重，这也反映不少学生在计算方面的能力不扎实，这学期要求掌握三位数乘法和需要试商的除法，对计算的要求又提升了一个层次，如何让孩子达到熟练计算的程度，仅靠作业中的练习是不够的，因此还需要各位家长做有心之人，多进行这方面的练习。可以和孩子商量采取他感兴趣的方式，进行练习，以消除枯燥的心理，同时要留心孩子计算错误的原因，是粗心还是计算方法存在问题。
3、重视数学语言发展
语言是思维的外衣，语言能力的增强可以极大的改善孩子的学习能力，促进思维的发展。在生活中要多为孩子创设说数学的机会，让孩子说说自己的观点、看法与思路。和孩子交谈的形式不必过于正式，比如和孩子散步时，和孩子去公园时等等，这样交流的气氛要自然亲切得多。对话时要有意识的激发帮助孩子形成规范的语言表达习惯。如“我是这样想的”；“我认为……”“因为……所以……”，要求孩子说完整的话。在这一过程中，我们的家长要能耐住性子，多听少说，只要我们的话语能引发交谈话题，进行适当的点评反馈就够了。
4、注重孩子学习过程，正视孩子考试成绩 [ XXJXSJ ]
有些孩子基础较好，对一些简单的运算已掌握，这样在老师讲这部分内容时，孩子看上去毫不费力就懂了，但事实并不完全如此，有些孩子可能并非建立起有效的学习方法，当他们面对新内容，特别是思维含量较高的问题时，就会感到困难，因此常会出现这样的状况：家长在家看孩子的计算很熟练，以为孩子的数学学得很好，但真正考查或解决实际问题时，孩子往往有些不适应，不尽如家长之意。这就需要家长们多关注孩子的学习过程，关注孩子的学习内容。作为家长，我们要能将孩子的成绩进行纵向比较和横向比较。纵向比较，就是将孩子现在同过去不同时期所取得的成绩相比较，是进步，还是退步，还是原地踏步。进步是因为他在哪些方面有所改进，有所完善，分析得出后要加以鼓励，让其发扬光大。
退步了是因为他不认真，还是方法不妥，分析得出后对症下药，稍有进步，家长要及时表扬，帮他树立信心。横向比较，就是能将自己的小孩与同班的其他孩子比较一下，找差距和不足，具有良好习惯的孩子，成绩一般都很优秀，而这些也离不开家庭氛围的熏陶，我们可以多向这些家长讨教，再结合自己孩子的特点进行进行教育。分数只能作为评价孩子的一个参照，90分与100分的孩子的数学能力究竟相差多少，不是仅分数就能说明的，我们得具体分析。孩子有失误，是纯粹的粗心，还是思考的方式有问题，还是临考心理欠佳，等等。
5、关于作业问题
这套教材的考试内容比教材本身要求的高些，致使我们对许多知识点不得不要求孩子尽量掌握，无形中提高了对孩子的要求。如果家庭教育跟不上，孩子平时没有做好课外的巩固，学习起来就有难度。所以每次的作业需要您耐心的督促与检查，检查中可发现孩子在学习上存在的问题，及时查漏补缺，有针对性的指导。所以请家长尽量每天抽出时间检查孩子的作业并签字。其实您在检查中无形也培养了孩子良好的作业习惯和学习的主动性，从而也就提高了孩子的学习成绩，请家长务必做好这方面的配合。
6、学习用品的准备
本学期由于相关知识的学习需要家长帮助孩子准备以下学习用品：量角器、一副三角尺、一把直尺。
三、建议
家长对孩子在学校的表现也是非常关心，一有机会就来问孩子在学校的表现，针对大多数家长谈的比较多的问题，我简单谈几点。有不足之处，还请大家原谅。
1、 学习问题。督促孩子一回家就做作业，动作迅速，质量要高。很多孩子的家庭作业比课堂作业要差很多，因为不认真，所以错误也多。从小培养良好的学习习惯是非常重要的。现在进入中年级了，学生应该是自己主动的去学习，是“我要学”，而不是“要我学
。”因此，有一些学生因为不想学，为了逃避写作业在家长面前说：“今天老师没布置作业。”那么在这里我也可以明确的告诉在座的每一位家长，“今天没有作业”这句话是不成立的。老师布置给他的作业一个就是一个，两个就是两个，更多的作业得学生自己去找，家长帮着去找，就算老师偶尔没布置作业，学生自己也有好多好多的作业等着去完成，如可以预习老师没讲过的内容，也可以复习老师已经讲过的知识。因为以上改变，所以会出现一部分同学求知欲增强，对知识追求，因此成绩越来越好，或者有明显进步。而有一部分同学出现惰性，怕辛苦，也有一部分同学对学习不协调，当然这类学生想把成绩搞上去就相对会累一点。
2、 有些题目孩子不懂，家长应该耐心的讲解，不会做的题目要鼓励孩子多问。但是家长不要把答案直接告诉他，更不能帮孩子做作业，这样对孩子一点好处也没有。大多数成绩不够理想的孩子，往往依赖性比较强，不愿独立思考，课堂上要么等老师讲解，要么转来转去偷看。这样的孩子做作业自然也很拖拉，家长应注意引导。
3、 为孩子创造一个和谐、安宁的环境。在孩子做作业时，请家长不要在他身边大声讲话、争论和看电视。
4、 要让孩子常时间看书、写字，要留心孩子的视力是否下降。
5、 家庭作业要坚持家长签字，写评语。

我们这一代都是幸福的孩子，拥有父母全部的疼爱，但是我们清楚地知道，我不能再父母的襁褓里一辈子，我要闯出自己的一片天空，我们这一代90后要活出自己的精彩，朝气蓬勃的过好每一天。爸爸妈妈们，我相信自己，请您们也相信我，为我加油，为我喝彩，成功一定属于我!
也许有时，我们辛苦的努力付出，却得不到相应的收获，偶尔会难过，会伤心，甚至偷偷的哭泣，是因为我们感到心里有愧于您们对我们的付出与希望，辜负老师的期望，但是我们决不放弃，永不言弃，甚而更加努力去奋斗，去拼搏，去证明自己。在我们班，每一个女孩都满怀梦想与追求，迸发出女孩的活泼可爱;每一个男孩都胸怀大志与理想，迸发出男孩子的开朗与阳光。在这个91人的大家庭里(班级)，我们快乐充实地生活、学习，浓浓的团结友爱之情飘洒在班里的每一个角落，每一位同学的心中，我们时刻都在沐浴着老师对我们的无限关爱。在这个大家庭里，我们不断地唱响我们的班歌《怒放的生命》，我们都在争做最可爱的人，争做别人心目中的英雄，争做学习的霸主。所以，爸爸妈妈们，请您们放心!
最后，我想代表全班同学给您们说说我的学习历程心得。我们都已经历了十几年的教育，随着年龄的增长与阅历积累，我已不再是个小孩子了，我懂得了学习求知的重要性，我理解了幸福由自己掌握，人生由自己抉择的道理;我也明白了您们为我辛勤的付出。在这个艰难而长远的道路上，我不仅学到了知识，我也懂得了为人处事的道理，具备着在社会上生存的能力。我已不再是那以往对您们撒娇的小孩子了，我们长大了，懂事了。
爸爸妈妈们，虽然我长大了，但是我们依然是您们的孩子，您们的亲生骨肉，不管我们在哪里求知，请记住，您们永远都在我们的内心处，您们永远都是我努力的方向与前进的动力!

今天我在国旗下讲话的题目是：《我平安我成长》。
是呀，生命是宝贵的，它属于我们每个人只有一次。平安是无价的，有了平安才能成长。只有安全了，才能更快乐，只有安全了，才能拥有明天。
在我们蹒跚学步的时候，母亲会充满关爱地指点；在我们背起书包的时候，家长会语重心长地叮咛；到了学校，老师同样担心着我们的平安。是呀，父母和老师时时刻刻关心着我们的生命和平安，我们学校为了大家的安全，做了很多的工作，那么请问同学们，我们每个人都有安全意识吗？都遵守学校的规章制度了吗？
有人调查过，全世界平均每一秒就有一人受伤，每30秒就有一人死亡。我国中小学生因交通事故、建筑物倒塌、食物中毒、溺水、治安事故等死亡的平均每天有40多人。数据是触目惊心的，但危险是可防可控的。我们只要不断增强安全意识、提高自我保护能力，就能有效地避免和预防各种安全事故的发生。
因此，为了我们的平安，我代表学校提醒同学们做到以下几点：
一、注意课间安全。上下楼梯自觉靠右，这是为他人着想，也是为自己着想。不在教室里追跑，以免碰坏同学的学具，不在操场上奔跑，以免摔倒或撞伤同学。
二、注意交通安全。放学排队出校门，红灯停绿灯行，横穿马路要走斑马线，注意来往车辆，不在马路上踢球、玩耍；自觉遵守交通规则，做守秩序的文明小公民。
三、讲究卫生预防疾病。秋冬季节是流行性感冒多发时期，甲型H1N1疾病形势也比较严峻。但我们知道甲型H1N1是可以预防的。对于没有接触甲型H1N1感染者的个人来说，日常生活中只要注意个人卫生、经常用肥皂和流动水清洗双手，特别是在咳嗽和打喷嚏后；保持充足睡眠、均衡饮食、适量运动、勤洗手、多喝水就可以了。甲型H1N1流感是可以治愈的`。如果出现了发烧、咽痛、咳嗽等流感样症状后要及时到医院诊治，打喷嚏或咳嗽时用纸巾摭住口鼻，如果没有纸巾，也可以用手摭挡，然后清洗干净；
四、注意外出活动安全。特别是父母不在的时候，活动要远离建筑工地、道路等存在安全隐患的场所，不到坑、池、塘、沟、河流、施工重地等不安全的地方玩耍；不玩火，不燃放烟花爆竹，防止意外伤害。不进入网吧、电子游戏厅等未成年人禁止活动的场所。我们要时刻牢记特种电话，如：110、120122119等。
我们是初升的太阳，未来是美好灿烂的。高高兴兴上学，平平安安回家，这是社会、家庭、学校的共同愿望。让我们与安全手拉手，在平平安安中快乐成长！
