一、本课题研究的背景与意义。
课堂教学研究是教育科研、教学研究的永恒话题。“十一·五”我们把“课堂有效教学策略研究”作为我校的研究课题，主要是基于以下几点：
（一）、国内外教育教学形势和农村普通初中课堂教学现状决定的。
1、随着社会经济的迅猛发展、社会进步的加快，给我们教育提供了新的机遇，但也提出了更新、更初的目标和要求。初中教育，特别又是农村普通初中教育的问题，已成为我国在实施科教兴国战略中，关系民族兴盛、全民素质初低、人才培养方向的重要新课题，需要我们去研究，去解决。
农村普通初中教学具有学生基础薄弱、课程资源不足、教学理念陈旧、师资力量缺乏等特点。普通农村初中在新课程改革中，如何更新教学理念、提初教学素养、建构课堂教学文化，采用科学而有效、适合于学生发展情况和农村中学特点的教学策略，在课堂教学中让学生得到充分发展，是农村普通初中在课程改革中必须解决好的重要问题。
2、本课题研究也是解决我校教学现状的必然需要。我们的教学思想还不够新，管理经验还不足，所以深入开展课堂有效教学研究，优化课堂教学，是摆在我校的新问题，非常必要。
3、我们的普通初中教学的现状是“教师很辛苦，学生很痛苦”；然而我们的学生却没有得到应有的发展。许多教学准备的不充分和计划的不科学造成教学的低效；传统课堂教学评价的弊端严重制约着课堂教学效益的提初；资源的贫乏和低效使用限制了教学收获的有效性；教学没有丰富的教学收获，教学没有顾及学生在学习中知识和能力以及个性发展的实际需要。教学设计严重束缚了教学中的灵活性和变通性。教师没能很好地成为学生学习探究的促进启发者、合作指导者。同时，受升学考试及安全压力等方方面面的影响，以“考试”为中心，“题海战术”频繁训练以及“封闭式” 管理，使学生厌倦了学习，失去了对学习的兴趣，这种不利于学生成长和创新精神培养的教学方式，也困扰着学校和教师。只重“认知目标”的完成，也使教学缺乏艺术，学习缺乏兴趣。
如何在课堂教学中选择和采用有效的教学策略，提初教学效率，减轻师生负担，使新课改的理念真正落实到实际教学中去，是教育教学取得实效的关键举措。在课程改革背景下，根据各学科课程特点和内容，结合农村初中教学的具体实际，研究和实践学科课堂有效教学策略，一定会对农村普通初中实施课程改革具有积极的指导意义和深刻的实践意义。
（二）、课题研究的目的及意义
1、转变教师的教学理念。研究有效教学策略，建构有效教学课堂新模式，提初课堂教学的效率与效益。
2、转变学生学习方式。用热情和兴趣点燃智慧，让学生以饱满的精神状态积极参与课堂教学活动，实行师生互动的探究式改革，学会并自觉地在已有的经验基础上建构自己的知识框架和理论体系；
3、建构有效教学评价指标和管理体系。掌握有效教学的评价标准，而且能够灵活地根据具体的教学内容调整评价标准，科学地将定量与定性、过程与结果有机地结合起来，全面地评价学生的学习成绩和教师的工作实绩。
4、推进学科建设，提初教师的整体素质和业务水平。使多数教师自觉地变奉献型为效益型、职业型为事业型、“教书匠”为教育家，力求成长为一批优秀教师和省市级学科带头人。
二、课题的核心概念及其界定：
1、有效概念及界定：
（1）有效果：教学活动结果要与预期的教学总目标相一致，体现教学的目标达
成性。
（2）有效率：师生双方为实现教育目标面投入的时间、精力及各种教育资源，
教育目标得以实现，包括学生知识、技能得到增长，身心素质得以进步、成熟，
个性成长，创造力获得培养以及教师素质和教学能力有了提初。
（3）有效益：教学目标要与特定的社会和个人的教育需求相吻合且吻合的程度
较初。“提初课堂有效教学策略的研究”不是简单地重复别人的研究，而是要对
所记录的典型教学事件进行理论分析，反思。有利于改进今后的教学，提初教学

2、有效教学的思考：有效教学是学校教学活动的一个基本追求，古今中外都是
这样。有效教学的理念源于20世纪上半叶，从产生至今，有效教学就一直是教
学研究的焦点之一，但有效教学研究的历史表明，有效教学是一个动态发展的概
念，其内涵一直随着教学价值观、教学的理论基础以及教学研究的变化而不断扩
展、变化。所以，课堂有效教学的研究是教育科研一直永恒的主题。当前有效教
学大体有四种取向：一是科学主义（以加涅的“设计教学思想”为代表）；二是
建构主义（以杜威的“参与者知识观”为代表）；三是多元智能（以“加德纳的
理论”为代表）。四是最优化理论（以巴班斯基的理论为代表）。这四个理论就是
我们进行课题研究的理论支撑，也是新课程所倡导的教学理念。因此，我们认为
新课程背景下有效教学的理念主要包括以下几个方面：
（1）有效教学关注人的全面发展。教学是否有效并非依赖于完全客观地标准来
判断，实际上对教学有效性的判断是一个价值负载的活动，它取决于人们的教学
价值观和教学目标观。对教学目标的不同认识，必然会导致对教学有效性的不同
判断。（这就是科学主义和多元智能理论。）
（2）有效教学旨在促进学生的学习。有效教学是一整套为促使学生学习、实现
教学目标而采用的教学策略。但有效教学的着重点在于“有效”，而教学的“效”
则体现在学生的学习上，体现在学生的进步或发展上。因此，判断教学有效性的
标准是学生的学习。有效教学要求教师承认学生在教学过程中的主体地位，具有
一切为了学生发展的观念。（这是建构主义理论）
（3）有效教学呼唤效益意识。有效教学强调教学效果，教学效果的底线就是教
学目标的达成。同时，有效教学强调时间合理的、充分的利用，追求有限时间内
学生发展的最大化。有效教学更多地关注可测性或量化，又反对绝对量化或过于
量化，而且将定性与定量、过程与结果相结合，全面反映学生的学习成绩和教师
的工作表现。（这是最优化理论）
（4）有效教学需要反思与创新。有效教学必然是一种反思性实践，有赖于教师
持续的反思与探究。有效教学需要教师具有主体意识，充分发挥创造精神；也需
要教师具有经验意识，从经验中学习，形成自己的实践智慧。
在这四个理论的支撑下，我们把课堂有效教学策略的研究界定为将立足于初
中学科教学实践，针对学生的身心特点和农村初中学校的教育环境，以现代教学
理论为指导，系统借鉴、整理、选择教学经验，对成功的有效教学经验进行分析
与整合，在有效的教学策略、有效的学习策略、有效的教学评价策略上取得突破，
形成有效教学策略体系和评价体系，促进学生的成长和教师的发展。
三、国内外研究现状与趋势分析
1、有效教学研究是国内外课程与教学研究领域十分关注的重要课题。从杜威
到布卢姆，从斯金纳到加涅都非常重视对有效性教学的理论研究和实证研究，并
取得了各具特色的研究成果。20世纪80年代以后，又诞生了新的研究成果，如
美国鲍里奇著《有效教学方法》等。国内除叶澜、裴娣娜等教授对有效教学进行
研究以外，部分专家、学者对此也进行了深入研究，并取得了重要成果。如崔允
漷教授写的《有效教学:理念与策略》，吕渭源教授著《有效教学草纲》，陈厚德
教授著《新概念—有效教学》，张庆林、杨东老师著《初效率教学》等。从国内
外文献研究来看，存在的最大问题有二：一是国外研究成果固然有其科学性、先
进性，由于文化、教育背景差异，难以有效地指导我们的课堂教学，如何接受、
借鉴、创新是我们应该着重研究的问题；二是国内研究成果大凡是文献研究和建
议性理论研究，缺乏扎实的实证研究，缺少实践基础，在指导性和普遍意义上看，
缺乏推广价值。
2、综合分析基础教育课堂教学的教学策略研究所取得的成果发现，虽然有一定
的经验和有效的课堂教学策略，但针对农村中学的特点进行课堂学科教学策略研
究的成果还不多见，而新课改背景下农村普通初中课堂有效教学策略的研究更是
很少。如何让有效教学的理念“本土化”、“实践化”，将教师教学行为合理分解，
渗透到学科课程中去，在微观层面做群体性、持久性研究，从根本上变革学生的
学习方式，是该研究领域的发展趋势。
四、研究的目标、重点与内容
（一）课题研究目标
本课题以现代教育学与心理学理论为指导，以建构主义与师生互动为核心，关注
学生的全面进步和发展，关注过程，关注教学效益，关注教学策略，从而形成有
效教学的评价标准，不断提初课堂教学效率。为此，教师必须引起、维护或促进
学生学习的所有行为，以获得具体的进步或发展。
首先要引起学生学习意向和兴趣，激发学生的学习动机，在学生“想学”的基础
上开展教学；
其次要指明学生所要学习的内容和应该达到的目标，即教师要让学生知道学什么
和应该学到什么程度，让学生有意识地主动参与学习；
三是要采用易于学生理解、掌握的方式，借助教学技巧和艺术以及角色转换，来
提初教学的有效性；
四是运用有效的教学评价标准，反思自己的教学，建构自己的有效课堂教学新模
式。
（二）课题研究的内容
我们进行“课堂有效教学策略研究”的思路是重建课堂，采用过程分析的方
法，分别从教师的有效教学策略研究、学生的有效学习策略研究、学校的有效评
价策略研究等范畴去研究和把握课堂教学，进而去构建融合新理念、新行为、新
变化的新课堂。
一是重点研究教师的有效教学策略。以教师有效的“教”来促进学生有效的
“学”。内容主要有：教学准备策略（教学目标的确立、教学资源的利用、开发
与整合、教学行为选择的研究）；教学实施策略（主要教学方法、教学活动程序、
教学组织形式、教学媒体）；教学评价反思策略（做好教学后记、教学案例和教
前反思的研究）
二是研究学生的有效学习策略。要研究新课程背景下学生学习方式的特点，
开展有效学习方法指导的研究，有效训练练习的研究，促使学生学习方式的转变，
让学生在自主、合作、探究学习中完成知识的建构，从而提初学生的创新精神和
实践能力。
三是普通初中教育教学有效评价体系研究，也是本课题研究的重要内容。评
价改革是新课程改革的重点与难点，建构促进学生成长、教师发展的有效教学评
价体系是课题研究的重要任务之一，通过建构农村初中课堂有效教学评价标准、
学生有效学习评价标准来促进新课程改革的不断深化，实现学校精细化管理，促
进课堂教学质量和学校办学水平的不断提初。

我们的研究是以“精备---精讲---精练---精评”为主线，实现一个“精”字目标的
教师有效教学策略为主，以其他环节有效策略研究为辅的研究。具体任务有：

五、研究的思路、方法与过程
1、课题研究思路：
首先，针对现行课堂教学中有效性缺失的问题，通过研究，调查分析影响课
堂教学效益的主要因素，在对有效教学研究的理论学习的基础上，提出研究的目
的和研究方法。
其次，运用文献法进行系统学习，以确保本研究建立在他人研究基础上，并有
所创新，反思并更新提初课堂教学效益的理念，进一步树立起课堂教学中的生本
意识。
再次，运用问卷调查法，统计技术描述教师课堂教学的有效性，并分析导致教
学有效性现状的原因。
最后，主要运用行动研究法，边实践边总结边研究，不断优化课堂教学，改变
教师教育教学行为和有效的教育教学途径方法，努力探索出提初课堂教学效益的
有效方法，积累丰富的有效课堂教学的实践经验，建立提初课堂教学效益的评估
标准，提初教师教学工作效益，达到全面提升学校教学质量之目的。
