20XX年9月13日至10月17日 我到xx市xx三中进行为期一个月的教育实习，实习内容包括两个方面，一是英语教学的教育实习，二是班主任的工作实习。在这期间我积极地努力地工作，虚心向有经验的老师请教，取得了优异的成绩。同时，我还在实习期间做了一次深入的调查工作，是针对英语这门课而言的。为了得到教师和学生的真实想法，我费了一番心思，最终的调查结果对我将来的从业有很大的帮助。
为了全面、详细地获取材料，我不仅只限于我实习所带班级的调查，而且还跨班级、年级调查，甚至还到其他同学所在的实习学校调查。重要的调查的形式是发放调查问卷。同时，我也积极地找学生谈话，同老师交流，以便更好地了解情况。
在此，我介绍一下自己的调查的结果，谈谈对中学英语教学的一些看法，其中有些问题可能是前人已经叙述的或者是老师们常谈论到的，但我想这对于我们实习生来说，是一次真正意义上的体验和感受，而不仅仅是以前从理论上的认识。希望我的认识能对自己以后的工作有些效果。
一 些先进的教学方法和教学理念我发现在现在的中学的教学中并不是很受欢迎，重要的原因就是采用这种教学方法取得的效果不是很理想，上课时学生的眼球多被吸引到了大屏幕上去，很少有学生再看书本了。学生多爱看一些图画，对图画的记忆倒很清楚，但却忽略了图画旁边的文字。这种教学方法对于该地区也较难普遍使用，因此，老师们仍然保持使用传统的教学方法。
在调查中我还发现有经验的老师进行教学时，课堂气氛相对和谐。老师说本校的学生的记律较差，自觉性不足，如果气氛过于活跃，课堂就会乱哄哄，难以克制。而且学生的自主学习能力差，合作能力欠缺，实际效果为达到但花去了大量的时间，从而影响教学进度。大部分学生喜欢那种上课幽默的，不爱批评学生的，能够和学生很好相处的老师，他们都希望老师能够多关注自己，即使是成绩差的学生也这样，这种愿望甚至比其他 学生更加强烈。他们希望老师多了解他们的真实的想法，宽恕他们的叛逆心理，同他们做好朋友，而不是老师用一种居高临下的气势去对待他们。而且，有的学生还喜欢关注老师，对老师的衣着，对老师日常工作中所发生的一些事情都感兴趣。看来我们做老师的要好好和学生进行及时的沟通，以了解学生的真实想法，以便自己在教学中更好地开展工作。
通过以上的调查，我认为在今后的语文教学中，老师应该注意以下几个问题：
一、 培养学生学习语文的兴趣，只有学生对他所学的科目提高兴趣了他们才有可能很快地提高成绩。老师可以多组织一些语文活动课，让学生积极地参与进来，叫学生在自己的参与中意识到学语文的重要性。上课时老师可以多举一些生动、形象的例子，让学生有个直观的感受，而不仅仅是理论上的枯燥理解。对课文的解析要深入浅出，例子最好能贴近生活，最好是当下发生的，人们关注的事情，这样能更好地让学生展开讨论，进而使学生兴趣更进一步。
二、正确对待现代多媒体技术。多媒体应用到现在的教学中去确实的教育史上的一大进步，它的直观性、生动性、丰富性对教学有着巨大的促进作用，但我认为在应用现代多媒体技术的同时要把握一个度，过度地使用多媒体可能回引起学生的反感，这一点从上面的调查不难发现。对一些枯燥的课文，我建议最好能用多媒体教学，在课件中多制作一些图画、flash，这样会让学生一下子对图片产生兴趣，从而带着好奇心去学习课文，枯燥的文本就会容易让学生接受。而对于一些故事性比较强的课文而言，最好是教师在课堂上讲，多与学生互动，多让学生参与进来，这样就能很好地调动学生的学习兴趣，有利于老师和学生的交流。同时希望教育部门能更多关注山区的教育，为山区边远学校增加教育设备。
三、对待学生要一视同仁，赏识每一位学生。无论学生的成绩好与差，老师都要充分尊重学生的人格，这也是一个合格教师的基本要求。现在我们讲尊重，不仅仅只是要求学生尊重老师，而且还要求老师尊重学生，作为一个老师要知道，你只有尊重学生，学生才能更好地尊重你。另外，对于成绩差的学生也要积极地鼓励他去学习，这样的学生只要一有进步，就应该及时表扬，表扬是促使差生进步的一种好的方法。在平时的教学中尽量少批评学生，以鼓励为主，即使是批评学生时，也要注意方法，语言最好不要尖锐刻薄，不要伤害学生的自尊心。有批评错的地方也应该向学生道歉，这一点恐怕老师们很难做到，其实学生的宽容之心并不比老师差，真心地向学生承认错误的老师可能会更加受学生尊重的，我在实 和调查的过程中就有这样的感受。
四、 除了做好自己的本职工作以外，我认为语文老师最好能多参加学生们组织的一些活动。在参与中同学生交流，了解学生的真实想法，对学生的组织成果给予肯定，这样能和学生更好地融合。多主动同学生谈心，做学生的好朋友，消除老师和学生之间的鸿沟，促进教育、教学 更好地展开。
总之，以上就是我在这次实习期间调查的有关情况。其中有些看法也许不尽正确，但毕竟这是我通过实际调查得到的结果，我会从中吸取一些优秀老师的做法，结合自己实际的水平应用到今后的教学中去。我想只要我能够以积极的心态坚持下去，多了解当下的教学情况，解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进， 我在不久的将来会成为一名合格的人民教师，但愿我的想法能变成现实。

首先，先陈述一下我所了解到的英语专业学生的就业方向。主要有国际贸易方向，旅游方向和师资方向。其中，国际贸易方向提供国际贸易业务人员、商务翻译、商务助理等方面的职业。旅游方向主要涉及英文导游及涉外宾馆的接待及管理人员、外企业高级文员、外向型企业一般管理员这样的工作岗位。对于师资方向来说，幼儿园、小学、中学、职业高中的教师都是可选的。针对这样的主题 ，我设计了一套问卷调查，通过在一定的范围内做了调查之后，我得出了一些结论。 不可否认的是，相当大的一部分比例的人都觉得英语在社会上的地位不是那么重要了，因为太多人会英语了。英语因此成了一个弱势的专业。而认为英语很重要的人则占一小部分，他们认为学好了英语很重要。大部分的人认为现在人才社会上英语需求的是听说读写的综合能力，仅次于综合能力的是口语好，少数人认为读写，收发邮件,其中有25%的人认为翻译，包括笔头和口头是很需要的。80%的'学生认为英语人才需要的行业是外贸行业，次之的是酒店和旅游。如果说使用英语，更多的时候是在做翻译，70%的人是同意的，完全同意的则占10%，当然不同意的也有少数。在同学们找翻译公司的时候，很多人重视质量，质量好的才是第一，当然也有不少人重视速度还有方便，容易找到的跟快捷的也是一大优势。随着近些年社会的进步和发展，特别是沿海城市和大城市的日益趋于国际化，大型企业，外资企业，日益成为毕业生向往的就业目标。特别是在北京土海等国际化大都市，企业在工作中会有大量的场合要接触到英文文件、材料、资料以及直接和外方进行业务上的接触。甚至有些公司会在公司的日常文档中要求直接使用英文。所以现在的高水准的企业对英语水平特别是英语实际应用水平的要求实际上是相当高的。
一定程度上几来说，对英语水平的考察还将普偏的成为用人单位对学生水平衡量的重要指标。对于大多数的职位，英语是必备的职业素质。同时，就英语本身所含意义来看，英语是基本的职业素质与能力已被普遍认同。 绝大多数人选
择职业的原则是薪酬待遇，这是可以理解的。一些人选择兴趣爱好，其次是根据社会需求和大众趋势的。很多学生认为用人单位最关心毕业生的综合能力与发展能力，其次是专业成绩与社会阅历，当然也有不少同学认为是学校名气。现在专业不对口很普遍，所以很多学生认为给就业造成一定的困难，但还是可以克服的。对于个人学习的专业，很多人觉得前景较有前途，很少一部分觉得很有前途，一部分人觉得没有前途或是根本没有想过。目前我国约有3亿多人在学英语（专业和非专业），约占全国总人口的1／4。专家预测，再过几年，我国学英语的人数将超过英语母语国家的总人口数。规模如此庞大的人群在学英语，可实际应用水平到底如何呢？据国家外文局调查，目前我国从事同声传译和书面翻译的高端外语人才依然严重缺乏，能够胜任中译外工作的高质量人才缺口高达90％。对于千方百计的考证现象，大部分人认为是一种投资行为，少数人认为是一种无聊的消费。求职中困扰人最多的是能力不足，很少人认为是学校的就业指导不够。大部分人对于自己能胜任的职位没有考虑过，都认为船到桥头自然直。大部分学生很重视大学的专业课学习，少数人只求一般或者能过就行。由此可见，学习的氛围还是很浓烈的。
