在求职面试时，大多数面试考官会要求应聘者做一个自我介绍，一方面以此了解应聘者的大概情况，另一方面考察应聘者的口才、应变和心理承受、逻辑思维等能力。千万不要小视这个自我介绍，他既是打动面试考官的敲门砖，也是推销自己的极好机会，因此一定要好好把握。应聘者具体应注意以下几点：
一、接到面试通知后，最好在家打个自我介绍的草稿，然后试着讲述几次，感觉一下。
