各位老师好：
我是来自大学的，很荣幸能收到我梦寐以求的学校的保研复试通知，来到我所向往的学府，向我的`理想目标又前进了一步。接下来我想从3个方面向各位老师介绍的我的个人情况，分别为专业学习情况介绍、实践经验介绍以及个人职业生涯规划。
首先我在大学期间非常注重专业知识的学习。我平常学习非常用功，在历次的考试中都始终保持年级前十名的成绩，获得过2次一等奖学金，1次二等奖学金，还凭借优异的学习成绩与综合素质，获得了国家奖学金。除了夯实专业成绩，还在业余时间大量阅读各类书籍，累计超过100本，平均1周完成至少2本书籍阅读，同时还自学完成了SPSS等常用办公软件，强化了我的知识底蕴及实操技能。
其次，我还非常注重实践经验的积累。在大学期间，我积极参加学校组织的各类专业活动，如商业规划大赛，在比赛中，我运用专业知识撰写了一份商业计划书，在参赛的200多份商业计划书中脱颖而出，进入了前十强，获得了决赛资格，并通过数轮的激烈评比，最终获得了二等奖。通过参加这些获得充分提升了自己的商业运营能力，也在数次的修改过程中加深了对本专业知识的认识。除了参与校内实践活动，我还积极协助老师参与了2项企业综合管理咨询项目，协助企业搭建运营管理体系，深入企业实际接触了市场营销、财务、人力资源管理等工作，这些宝贵的企业实操经验让我对企业管理与运营有了生动的认知，也更加深了我对企业管理的兴趣。
最后，我为自己设计了详实的职业规划。我深知要想了解企业运营，光靠本科知识远远不够，所以我选择了考取贵校的企业管理专业研究生。贵校是在企业管理领域有着举足轻重的地位，我一直梦寐以求，贵校也有强大的师资团队，让我无比向往。如果有幸能进入贵校，我希望能在老师的指导下，进一步深入研究企业管理中人力资源管理方面知识。

Good morning, my name is lili, it is really a great honor to have this opportunity for a interview, i would like to answer whatever you may raise, and i hope i can make a good performance today, eventually enroll in this prestigious university in september. now i will introduce myself briefly,i am 21 years old,born in heilongjiang province ,northeast of china,and i am curruently a senior student at beijing XX uni.my major is packaging engineering.and i will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in june.in the past 4 years,i spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 with a ease. and i have acquired basic knowledge of packaging and publishing both in theory and in practice. besides, i have attend several packaging exhibition hold in Beijing, this is our advantage study here, i have taken a tour to some big factory and company. through these i have a deeply understanding of domestic packaging industry. Compared to developed countries such as us, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978,our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkard. but i have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still. i guess you maybe interested in the reason itch to law, and what is my plan during graduate study life, i would like to tell you that pursue law is one of my lifelong goal,i like my major packaging and i won't give up,if i can pursue my master degree here i will combine law with my former education.
I will work hard in thesefields ,patent ,trademark, copyright, on the base of my years study in department of p&p, my character? i cannot describe it well, but i know i am optimistic and confident. sometimes i prefer to stay alone, reading, listening to music, but i am not lonely, i like to chat with my classmates, almost talk everything ,my favorite pastime is valleyball,playing cards or surf online.through college life,i learn how to balance between study and entertainment. by the way, i was a actor of our amazing drama club. i had a few glorious memory on stage. that is my pride.
