一、 活动背景

为丰富学院文化内容和广大同学的课余生活，加强英语的学习和交流，提高同学们学习英语的积极性，为广大同学提供和一个展现自我的机会，同时响应学校百年校庆的号召，创建和谐美好，文化底蕴深厚的校园。我们学院决定举行此次英语比赛

二、活动目的.

1、 提高同学学习英语的积极性，特别是提高英语口语训练的积极性

2、 加深对英语口语重要性的认识

3、 通过举办活动，为广大英语爱好者提供一个互相交流学习的机会

机械工程学院全体同学、评委六名（外院优秀学生）、嘉宾：汤小松

参赛选手要求：

（1）参赛对象：机械学院全体同学

（2）参赛人数：每班一到两名

（3）题目以百年校庆为主题，演讲内容积极、向上、响应校庆主题。

（4）举止大方，表现自然，适当的肢体语言配合。

（5）如背景音乐等提前上交，必要的 东西自带

六、前期准备

1、召开班长会议，布置有关事项，让他们做好宣传动员工作，或者是推荐本班优秀的选手。

2、宣传部协助负责出海报张贴，并悬挂横幅，用以宣传

七、演讲比赛

（一）比赛规则

1、比赛以公平公正为原则，以丰富和活跃校园生活、促进交流与沟通为宗旨。

2、大赛分为定题演讲（自我介绍和话题演讲），即兴演讲个环节。依据评委打分计算出成绩，最后颁发一等奖、二等奖、三等奖和参与奖。

（二）活动流程

1、主持人开场（介绍选手情况，到场评委，嘉宾，流程评分制及与观众互动形式）

2 、嘉宾汤老师讲话

3、 定题演讲 按选手号码顺序进行定题演讲

每位选手先进行较全面的自我介绍，后进行演讲、时限3~5分钟

每位选手定题演讲完毕，由评委老师根据选手演讲内容进行现场提问，时限1~2分钟 每位选手演讲完毕，评委按评分细则评分，即刻统计。

主持人公布成绩（每4位公布一次成绩）

4 、中场休息 与观众游戏互动（猜词），对参与观众，发放礼品。公布前6名名单

5、即兴演讲：

（1）主持人：介绍评分制

（2）选手按抽签顺序上场，自己选择电脑屏幕上的题目序号，进行答题演讲。时限3分钟以内。（30秒考虑）

（3）每位选手演讲完毕，评委按评分细则打分，统分员收上分数条即刻统计。

（4）下一位选手讲完后，主持人进行前一位选手的报分。6位选手演讲完毕，主持人报分，统分员即刻按总分排出名次。

6、公布前六名选手的排名，颁发一、二、三等奖。

8、主持人宣布比赛结束

八、具体评分细则

仪表形象：（20分）

（1）着装整齐，大方得体。（10分）

（2）姿态自然，动作适度。（10分）

演讲内容：（50分）

（3）主题鲜明，符合主题内容。（25分）

（4）内容充实，事例动人，贴近生活，富有鲜明的时代感。（15分）

（5）行文流畅，用词精练，详略得当。（10分）

语言艺术：（30分）

（6）发音标准，流利。（10分）

（7）节奏处理得当，技巧运用自如。（10分）

（8）表现力、应变能力强，能活跃气氛，引起高潮.(10分）

评分规则：

评委明确给出每部分评分（评分为整数），由工作人员进行最后加总，去掉最高分与最低分，取平均分为选手比赛成绩，按成绩排名分别获一、二、三等奖。

九、注意事项

1、参赛者为每班全体班干部和英语课代表，必须提前到场，到指定区域就坐。 班长负责会场纪律。

2、观众到指定区域就坐，并注意现场纪律。

3、评分要严格按照评分标准进行

4、演讲为脱稿演讲。

第二篇：小学英语口语比赛方案

为更快提高我区小学青年英语教师的综合素质，培养英语素养，塑造良好的青年英语教师形象，激发青年英语教师的热情和潜力，进一步增强我区英语教师教书育人、为人师表的自觉性，弘扬为师为学的师德风范，我区决定举办“我学习、我成长”青年英语教师演讲比赛。

一、承办部门：教研室

二、参赛对象及名额

1、参赛对象：小学30周岁以下（包括30周岁）青年英语教师。

2、参赛名额：戚小5人，东小4人，先小1人，潞小5人，丁小3人。

三、时间安排

1、各校内部准备阶段（9月1日----10月1日）；

2、各校10月10日前将参赛教师名单（电子稿）交到英语教研员处；

3、10月17日前各参赛教师将演讲稿（电子稿）交到英语教研员处；

4、10月30日下午3：30，各参赛选手到校教研室抽签，确定比赛顺序；

5、10月31日在xx校多媒体教室进行小学青年英语教师演讲比赛。

四、比赛要求：

1、以“我学习、我成长”为主题，围绕教师职业理想进行演讲，表达教师对事业的热爱，赞扬教师爱岗敬业、德高业精、善为人师、与时俱进的光辉形象，要注重内容并结合读书心得及教育教学实际。

2、演讲稿由教师自己创作，禁止从网上下载，题目自拟。

3、演讲比赛分两部分进行：第一部分自由演讲；第二部分回答评委问题。

4、时间不超过3---5分钟。

五、评分细则

1、比赛采用10分制，其中：

（1）演讲内容（4分）：要求紧扣主题，观点鲜明，内容生动，格调积极向上，有真情实感；

（2）语言表达（3分）：要求脱稿演讲，语言规范，口齿清晰，语音、语调优美标准，感情充沛，语言生动流畅，感染力强；

（3）形象风度（2分）：要求衣着得体，举止大方，表情自然，能灵活运用语速、手势等演讲技巧；

（4）综合印象（1分）：由评委根据选手的临场表现作出综合演讲素质评价。

2、演讲时间最多不得超过5分钟，超过者酌情扣分。

3、聘请市、区中学分管英语专家、领导担任评委，现场评判打分。

4、各小学校报名费100元。

六、奖项设置

1、本次活动设一等奖两名，二等奖五名，三等奖三名。

2、获奖选手颁发荣誉证书。

希望广大30周岁以上的青年教师积极报名，30周岁以下的青年教师认真准备，确保活动质量，通过此次活动的`开展，展现新时期人民教师的风范，提高长沙市戚开福区小学青年英语教师的知名度。

On a Saturday morning. I went to have breakfast. I felt there was a terrible smell and went over to have a look carefully. I found that there was a big pile of banana skins giving out the smell.Just then a young fellow holding a dustpan rubbish to walk towards here . He raised his hands, The big pile of rubbish was here. At once I went to him and said “Uncle , you can’t do like this . These things will rot very soon. It’s bad for our health and make the people fall ill.” However ,the man said “Everyone does so ,who falls ill,who will see the doctor.”

Looking at this , I remembered another act : There is a stream through our village. Over it there are two bridges .At the age of seven years old , I enjoyed the beautiful scenery under the bridge very much. It was the best place to swim in summer. But now the rubbish was getting more and more .Dish leaves,fruit skins,dead ducks and chickens….after rotting ,not only the mosquitos flew around but also the bad smell made everyone feel quite terrible.Though the stream was cleaned up several times, it’s still happening now. A lot of plastic bags always float on it .In summmer we have to go far away from the village to swim.

What causes this? Who is the devil?It’s the human ourselves. I have got to known from a book .The rubbish in the countryside mostly occupies the fields and damages the earth’s surface .It pollutes soil,wave ,atmosphere and damages our health. The adults often say “The body is capital.” But why are they able to make woollen cloth like this ? Does it affect everybody’s safe and sound life ?

Schoolmates, we are the host of society tomorrow . It’s our duty to improve and build the safe invironment.

Safety is in our hands .We must take park in more environmental protection activities, Plant more trees and flowers to make us live in a beautiful home with the blue sky ,blue water and green land forever.

Safety is in our hands . Please try your best to tell people around you to deal with the rubbish , and to make a contribution to building our safe hometome .

Water is the source of life

Earth looks like a big blue marble; from high above the Earth and from the moon, the planet gleams and shines. The blue water in the oceans and seas of the Earth makes a dramatic image.Water is the source of this beauty and the source of life on Earth. It is the reason people can live on this planet. Water is everywhere. Water is in rock deep under the ground, in natural holding areas.In a real sense, water keeps Earth alive. The last drop of water will be the world's human tears. We Chinese are one of the 12 water-poor countries, as people waste, water less and less. However, there are many waste of water, for example: some of the children bought water gun filled with water shooting water everywhere; there are some students hand-washing after washing bowls, or not turn off the faucet, waste a lot of water... .... Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, where the recent prolonged drought, making survival of the population there is facing a serious threat to address this problem, we in China 1.3 billion to develop awareness of water conservation. Environment - how can we help protect it?

Our planet is in trouble!Almost every day we seem to hear of yet another problem affecting the environment - and what a list of problems!- pollution,acid rain,global warming,the destruction of rainforests and other wild habitats,the decline and extinction of thousands of species of animals and plants.and so on.

Nowadays,most of us know that these threats exist and that humans have caused them.Many of us are very worried about the future of our planet and unless we can find a way of solving the problems we have made then the environment will suffer even more.

It all sounds so depressing - but we certainly mustn't despair!Every one of us,whatever age we are,can do something to help slow down and reverse some of the damage.We cannot leave the problem-solving entirely to the experts - we all have a responsibility for our environment.We must learn to live in a sustainable way i.e.learn to use our natural resources which include air,freshwater,forests,wildlife,farmland and seas without damaging them.As populations expand and lifestyles change,we must keep the World in good condition so that future generations will have the same natural resources that we have.

Here are just a few ideas to help you to do something to protect our environment.

.saving energy and water;

.minimise waste;

.use as much public transport as you can;

.protect wild animals.
