第一篇：小学英语口语比赛方案
为了给同学们营造一个良好的英语学习氛围，提高同学们的英语口语能力，提供展现自我的舞台，调动同学们的英语学习积极性，进一步提高小学生英语听说能力的培养。提高我校小学生英语学习的兴趣，调动学生的学习英语的热情。特举办第一届小学生英语口语大赛。以后将每年举办一届。
目的是提高我校小学生英语口语水平，更好的完成《小学英语课程标准》中关于小学英语的最终目标：提高学生英语综合运用的能力。同时让学生体验英语学习的快乐与成功。给学生提供一个展示自我的交流的平台，为今后自己的学习打下一个良好的基础。
一、参加人员要求：
小学三―六年级的学生。
二、活动形式及内容
1.以班为单位，分年级进行。
2.大赛分两个阶段进行，初赛和复赛。其中初赛由各班英语老师在班上组织进行，各班选出两名优秀者参加复赛。
3.内容范围：
三、四年级：
（1）介绍自己
（2）看图说单词
（3）英文对话
五、六年级：
（1）介绍自己（包括自己外貌特征，性格，爱好，家庭情况等）
（2）看图说单词
(3)演讲
(4)英文对话
三、活动步骤
1.准备阶段：各班接到通知后，进行竞赛的初期准备活动，调动所有学生的参与热情，确定参加人员。
2.初评阶段：本次大赛的初赛以班为单位，分班级进行初赛。
3.复赛阶段：在各班初评的基础上，推选出两名优秀的选手代表班级参加全校的.决赛。
四、活动要求
1.请各班接此通知后，高度重视此项活动，严格按照要求进行操作，要与学生的日常教学相结合，提高学生的朗读和表演水平。初评阶段尽量扩大参与范围，并以此为契机，调动学生的参与热情和学习英语的信心。
2.三、四年级的学生自我介绍不少于40秒，5、6年级的学生自我介绍不少于50秒，演讲不少于2分钟。英语对话部分是由评委老师提出一至两个问题，由参赛选手组织语言作答。
3.参赛选手按当场抽签决定号码和演讲顺序。
五、评选方式本次大赛最终评选出
一等奖4人、二等奖8人，三等奖12人其他参加决赛选手均为鼓励奖
六、活动时间和地点
大赛的决赛定于第13周即11月22、23日下午第三节课在多功能教室进行。届时请各位老师带参赛选手准时参加。

I feel it a great honor to have a chance to give a speech here, talking about the haze weather, which causes lots of bad effects on our health and life. We breathe polluted air, making us suffer from lung and liver diseases. Besides, because of it, the flights have to be canceled. All kind of transports may run into each other, resulting in much damages and lots of injuries.
As far as I am concerned, it is high time that we did something. As individuals, we should ride the underground or buses instead of cars to reduce carbon dioxide. As government, more measures should be taken by carrying out the related law on pollution.
In summary, were all looking forward to breathe fresher air and live a happier life. Everyone should be a part of this job.

一，活动目的
为了更好地贯彻基础教育课程改革的精神，进一步配合《英语课程标准》的实施；进一步推进我校英语教学工作，激发和保持小学生学习英语的兴趣，锻炼学生英语口语表达能力，调动他们学习的积极性和主动性；实现英语亮校的目标，经学校研究决定于第十二周星期三下午举办英语口语比赛，具体事宜如下：
二，比赛内容：
自我介绍：
用简单的口语作自我介绍，一分钟左右，不得低于50秒。
1，自选内容：(演讲，内容自定)
个人情况日常生活家庭情况学校情况班级情况学习情况
学习生活体育运动询问地点询问时间谈论天气一般常识
2，命题内容：四，五，六年级学生抽签根据主考教师的提问回答问题或说一段话。(采用抽签决定题目)

Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. I don?t know who wrote these words, but I?ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.
We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, it?s a state of mind. It?s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. It?s the matter of the will. It?s the freshness of the deep spring of life.
Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . Nobody grows old merely by a number of years . We grow old by deserting our ideals. Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .
Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ?s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what?s next and the joy of the game of living . In the center of your heart and my heart there?s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .
