昨天班主任安排我在今天的班会上讲话,我说是讲汉语还是讲英语?他说还是讲汉语好。

大家好!
我是XX小学的XXX。今天我很荣幸坐在这发言,感谢领导给我这个机会。其实,我只是一名普普通通的小学英语教师。在十年嗑嗑绊绊的小学英语教学中,我不断学习探究,逐渐积累了一些对小学英语教学的个人经验。今天有机会和大家一起探讨,我感到很高兴,如果说的不当之处,还请各位多多包涵。
在这次全市小学英语优质课比赛中,共有14节词汇课。14位教师每一位都能认真钻研教材,抓住重难点教学,努力了解学生,完成任务教学。各位老师各尽所能,各展其才,给我们带来14节优秀的课。下面,我就从三个方面对这些课做一下小小的点评:
一、对词汇课的认识
词汇课听起来好象是单纯教几个单词,但在语言教学中我们应把握这样一个原则:词不离句,句不离境。这两句话说的什么意思?就是说在教学中教单词的同时,离不开句子的教学,教语句的同时不能脱离环境的创设。在这次比赛中,我们7号老师和9号老师就做的相当不错。7号老师教授的是四种水果:pear, orange, watermelon和peach。她利用猴子了一个cai课件创设情景,在教单词的同时,展示两个动物朋友喜不喜欢,从而引出句子:do you like--------?yes, i do./no, i don’t,同时让学生去扮演角色。角色扮演完后,自然过渡到调查周围同学。这样的安排给人一种水到渠成的感觉。9号老师教的是四个形容词:big, small,long 和short。她带领我们进入了动物园:看见大象学生就扮演:hi, i’m elephant. i’m big. 看见猴子学生就扮演:hello,i’m monkey. i’m small.看见蛇学生就扮演:hello, i’m snake. i’m long.看见小白兔学生就扮演:hi, i’m rabbit. i have a short tail…学生兴趣高,也非常积极主动去运用英语交际。
二、对词汇课课堂结构的认识
一节好的课,首先要教学思路清晰,目的明确,重难点突出。我们小学英语教学过程大致可分为以下几块:
1.warm-up 热身 让学生通过游戏、chant、歌曲等进行一个暖身,调动学生的学习兴趣。
2. preview/revision 预习或复习 可对过去的相关知识进行一下回顾展示
3. presentation and practice 主要是呈现新知,教授新知,并能利用各种教学手段和教学方法对所学知识进行巩固操练。在这14位参赛教师中,1号,4号,6号,8号,9号,10号,11号,13号等老师,她们运用了competation 、chant 、tpr 、look and match、 listen and point、 listen and draw 、guessing game和 task-based等教学方法,采取了师生操练、小组操练、生生操练等多种形式,给人一种多姿多彩的感觉。特别提出的是6号和10号老师,她们可能不是英语专业毕业的老师,但她们能充分利用空中资源,和学生一起学习,一起做游戏,共同操练,这很值得让我们去借鉴。
4. consolidation and extension 就是对我们所学的知识做一个总结和拓展。
这几部教学环节相辅相成,互相联系。教学时我们可以用简单的游戏、歌曲甚至是短短的几句课堂用语就能将它们自然衔接,慢慢过渡,但有很多老师常常忽视这些,使的下一个环节出现的有点突然。比赛中我认为做的比较好的有X号等老师。
三、关于课堂教学细节的处理
优秀的课堂之所以优秀,除了教学结构外,还有细节的独特处理,就如人一样,七分长相三分打扮。如1号、2号、10号老师的cai课件,4号和9号老师独特新颖的词卡,4号和13号老师漂亮的板书设计,11号和12号老师多样的评价语,13号和14号老师完整的评价体系(形成性评价与终结性评价相结合),5号和12号老师好听的语音语调,特别是12号老师夸张的语音语调和态势语,这些都留给了我们每一个在场的老师深刻的印象。
总的说来,各位老师都能较好的完成教学任务,但是也存在不少问题,需要去改善:
1.加强自身学习,少犯知识性错误。尽量运用简短的英语,让学生听懂指令。
2.缺少对语言情境的创设,各个知识点之间出现一定的块面,如果能够一条线索贯穿起来就更加好了。
3.对学生的小组活动需加强指导,培养学生用英语交流的习惯。
4.要探究对课堂知识的拓展。
5.应注重细节的处理,如板书设计、学生座位的安排、评价语的多样化等。
今天,在王老师的组织安排下,我们聚在一起共同学习。感谢各位领导对我们工作的支持与理解,也感谢王老师为我们全市老师们和学生们在不到一年的时间里提供了多次展示自我的舞台。我相信,在王老师的领导下,我们仙桃市小学英语会有更大的进步。谢谢!
