偶像的范围很大。像我，我的偶像是新闻联播主持人，但是我知道，我崇拜的、欣赏的只是他播报新闻时散发出来的.魅力。因为自己也很憧憬那优秀的特质，所以会被吸引。
也许不久后我就会变换偶像，我知道这是必然会发生的事情。但在十三岁这个年纪，我很高兴我能找到自己喜欢的东西和自己愿意为之努力的东西。

大家好！我是来自初一二班的王钧莹。今天我演讲的题目是：我的偶像。
首先，我想采访大家三个问题，在场的同学有父母从来不允许你添置任何新衣服的请举手，有父母连镜子都不让你多照的，请举手。那么有过假期到各大酒店免费打工的，请举手。好，请放下。谢谢大家的配合。当然，对我个人而言哈，准确的说是对我个人的臭美度而言，说真的，这三个问题，无论哪一个放在我的身上，我都是不怎么能够欣然接受的，而我的偶像——“央视一姐”董卿，就是在这样的“变态”要求下成长的。
1973年的董卿出生于上海的一个书香门第，父母双双毕业于复旦大学。她的父亲总是坚信：人的命运是要靠自己改变的。所以对她的要求真的是非常的严厉，要求她必须主动承担家务劳动，于是她从7岁开始就每天刷碗。曾在一次采访中，她笑谈到：“初中的时候每次一放假，爸爸总是会打电话给各大酒店：“喂，你们那个酒店要不要服务员，要不要清洁工，我女儿免费给你们打工。”当然，每次重点都在免费上，虽然有点上卖女儿但也算是获得广大酒店的好评。他的父亲还曾带给她每天早上到操场跑1000米，而且不许照镜子，要背古文，背古诗，还不让妈妈给董卿做新衣服这些童年阴影，这对当时还是个小女生的.董卿来说有着相当大的杀伤力，竟让她一度怀疑自己是否是亲生女儿。直到后来的有一天，在一次宴席上父亲对他说：我敬你一杯吧，这些年不该这么对你。她这才明白了父亲的良苦用心。
董卿大学毕业后一次接到了中央电视台的邀请，她虽然不是科班出身，但业务能力极高连续八年被评为央视年度“十佳主持人”连续七年排在央视挂历女主人中前三甲。她总是有极高的专业素养，在一次元旦特别节目上，由于导播时间计算失误，现场出现了两分半的空档。也就是说在零点的钟声打响，前这两分半是没有任何节目的。这对一个主持人来说是一次很大的考验，于是，她一个人临危不乱，用一连串即兴组织的排比句献上了一个又一个赏心悦目的祝福。从此这个“金色三分钟”便成了主持史上的成功案例。
以前人们常用知性优雅来形容董卿，现在人们会用董卿去形容知性优雅，是啊，正如那句诗说的那样，白发戴花君莫笑，岁月从不败美人。若有诗书藏于心，撷来芳华成至真。我有一个梦想，片面地说我想成为一名主持人，准确的说我想成为一名像董卿一样的文艺主持人。在这个时代，在这个科技发展越来越快的时代，用更加新颖的方式，用更加容易让人接受的方式传递中国文化。因为有我的偶像，所以我有了梦想，最后我想用清代文学家张潮的幽梦影结束此次演讲：所谓美人者，以花为貌，以鸟为声，以月为神，以柳为态，以玉为骨，以冰雪为肤，以秋水为姿，以诗词为心，吾无间然矣。真的，我的偶像董卿诠释了什么是真正的美人，什么是“腹有诗书气自华”。

每个人心里都有最敬佩的人，我最敬佩的人是一个雪中送炭的人，他是天寒地冻中温暖的守护者。
还记得那是一个十分寒冷的冬天，寒风裹着雪花瑟瑟地吹着，雪越下越大，四周很快就变成了白茫茫的一片。放学回家后，扑面而来一股泥土混合着水蒸气的味道，有块地板明显地鼓了起来，爸爸撬开地板后才发现水已经漏得很严重了，积水在地板龙骨的分割下像一条条的小河，蜿蜒地流淌着。打过报修电话后我着急地想：这大雪天什么时候能来人呢，修不好晚上可就惨了!
不一会儿，门铃急促地响了起来，我跑过去打开门，“救星”居然这么快就到了!他穿着蓝色的棉大衣，戴着军绿色的翻毛帽子，脸在寒风中冻得通红。他一边掸着帽子上的雪花，一边跺着鞋上的碎雪，解释说：“我接到你家的电话就出发了，可是雪太大，路太滑，所以来晚了，真对不起。”我连忙请他进屋，他却从袋子里掏出一个塑料袋，把脱下的帽子、大衣都塞进了袋里，套上了随身带的鞋套，挽起裤角，然后才随着我走进屋里。进来后他认真地检查了每一个管道接口处，然后打开工具箱，弯着腰熟练地拧着管子，有一个接口处的螺丝绣住了，怎么也拧不动，他停住手喘了口气，然后又重新拿出扳手费力地拧起来，整个身子都因为用力而不停颤抖着，直到额头上渗出了颗颗汗珠，这才拧动那颗螺丝。我泡好一杯热咖啡递给他，让他歇一会再修，他感激地笑了笑说：“没关系，先弄好我再歇，你家这是小问题，一会儿就好了。”
后来在交谈中我和他慢慢熟络起来，才知道他们的工作非常辛苦，手机必须保证24小时畅通，很多维修工作还很危险。有一次他正维修供暖管道时，下水管道突然被捅破，在地沟无法躲避，粪便浇了一身。“肮脏还是小事，下地沟最怕沼气，会导致中毒，焊接管道时还会引发爆炸。”他轻描淡写地说着，但我现在想起来却还心有余悸，何曾想过还有这样平凡而伟大的人，冒着严寒和危险穿梭在大街小巷，确保了千家万户的温暖。
生活中还有许多这样默默无闻的人，清晨里的清洁工、寒风中的速递员、大雨里的交通警察……他们平凡地工作着，却为社会创造了不平凡的价值，他们是我最敬佩的人。

说到这里，估计大家都会好奇了，我说了这么多，仿佛都是在说别人，那我现在就来说说自己。我的偶像呢，他的名字几乎是家喻户晓，可谓是妇孺皆知，他就是一代音乐大师——贝多芬。
贝多芬8岁开始登台演出，10岁开始作曲，13岁任宫廷乐队大键琴手，14岁任宫廷管风琴师，18岁起任歌剧乐队中提琴手，25岁首次在维也纳以作曲家及钢琴家的身份登台。德国作曲家、钢琴家，维也纳古典乐派代表人物之一。虽然双耳失聪，但还是热情地继续他的音乐创作。他不仅以他优秀的作品感染人，更以他惊人的毅力感动人。
音乐有使人痴迷的功效，贝多芬的音乐尤为如此。在他双耳失聪之后，仍创作了许多不朽的经典，在维也纳音乐史上划下了最浓墨重彩的一笔。
单论这一点，试问我们之中又有谁能做到。有许多人，他们先天性残疾固然可怜，但他们就是要将自己努力变得更惨，然后出卖人格和灵魂上街乞讨。更有甚者，有着一副完整的躯体，有手有脚却整日游手好闲，浑浑噩噩无所事事，这种人才真正值得鄙夷。
而贝多芬呢？身残志坚，即使身体上有缺陷，但也没有放弃生活的希望，熄灭心中信念的火把。“我要扼住命运的咽喉。”贝多芬这一句感人肺腑的名言又在我们耳边回响。他致“不朽的爱人”信中有言：“当我有所克服的的时候，我总是很快乐的。”他1801年11月16日致韦格勒信中又言：“我愿把生命活上千百次，因为我并非生来过恬静日子的。”都让我们看到一个不愿屈服于命运，与命运顽强抗争的贝多芬。说到这，我又想起贝多芬的一句名言：“竭力为善，爱自由甚于一切，即使为了王座，也永勿欺妄真理。”这句话也表现了贝多芬的善良真诚与对自由和真理都非常渴望的纯真心理。在成年后仍能保持孩提时代心灵的纯洁，尤为难能可贵，这也是贝多芬的最大闪光点。
贝多芬的音乐，可以给人以如痴如醉的感觉，仿佛能将人带入一个神秘的境界之中，这种古典音乐独有的美，是现代音乐的嘈杂和浮夸所无法比拟的。
就是这样一代音乐大师，我的偶像——贝多芬。
